3 Horse Ranch Vineyards is located in the Eagle Foothills District of the Snake River Valley Appellation near Eagle, Idaho. In 2021, 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards built a new full production winery including under-ground barrel rooms and the Ranch House restaurant. The Ranch House is a unique experience where you can enjoy casual dining all prepared in our scratch kitchen with an American flare along with our beautiful Estate wines. Truly a destination.

Love this place! One of us got the smoked ribeye, the other steak frites, both amazing. Friendly knowledgeable service, beautiful surroundings.. Enjoyed the wine flight, and had a great time. Thank you!

The food and service are always outstanding here. It's a little pricey but then everywhere that's worth going is these days. As wine club members we really enjoy the place.

We had an amazing dinner with friends at 3 Horse Vineyards. All three red wines on the wine flight were delicious. The clams appetizer was outstanding, as were all the entrees. My husband said the pork osso bucco was the best he’s ever had. And don’t skip dessert, they were all fantastic. The key lime pie was a clear favorite. The only thing I could suggest is a broader menu, especially appetizers. We will be back.

While I can see how the inside seating could get loud, the outside seating was beautiful and peaceful! It was packed when we showed up, but the service was great and the people were excellent. Food was amazing! We will be going back!

It was our first time there. You guys were slammed, so we understood why the service was so slow. The waitress was very sweet and she was crazy bzzzy and apologetic. We had 3:15 reservations. We didn't get our food until 4:15. Also, we got pretty thirsty waiting for just some water to drink before our order was taken. Once we did get our food, we were both very pleased. One of the best cobb salads I've ever had and the bread w/ oil & vinegar was tasty. My husband had the marguerita flatbread and said it was good. We shared bottle of wine. The positive is that we had a nice view to take in and the umbrellas were much appreciated. A couple of suggestions: 1) The water placed on the table should be cold with ice 2) Keep the water coming when it's so hot outside, 3) The wine should be on the table in a wine cooler 4) Have enough staff to wait on customers Because the food was good and we felt it was reasonably priced, we will be back. We had Oysters and their Halibut which were amazing!! Wine was good as well. The service was not good whatsoever. Took 30 mins just to get drinks and to order. Over an hour to get food. They were busy but customer service should be a priority.

Fabulous day at 3 Horse, again! Gary and Martha have created a great ambience, with delicious food and wine. The lamb gyros paired up well with the beau geste wine and conversation. Maddie took good care of us again as well! To be repeated!

Wonderful service . Disappointed they did not have Clams available will call ahead next time. Ribs were generous a little on the dry side. Salad outstanding & goat cheese spread very good. Wine outstanding.!

Wonderful food and wine. Beautiful setting. Service is friendly. We love that they change up the menu. They occasionally have music events. We have not been to one yet, but we are looking forward to going sometime.

Ordered an appetizer and it came with our meal an hour and fifteen minutes later. I asked the waiter to check on it and he completely ignored me and never went to the kitchen. I could not get our own waiter’s attention. Ordered two cups of coffee. We got one tiny French press that held less than a cup and a half. Asked for more water to get two cups. Was charged $8 per cup and it was so strong we couldn’t drink it. Ordered dessert; choice was one of two mousses. After waiting another ten minutes or so we told the waitress to cancel it. Her answer “ are you sure. It’s sitting back there” not sure if we were supposed to go to the kitchen and get it ourselves? For the prices they charge the service is the worst. They need some decent training!!!!

As always, 3 horse did not disappoint. I took my son there and met up with 8 others. The wine was outstanding and the food exceptional. We had the good fortune of visiting with one of the vintners which was a highlight. I have never had bad service at 3 horse and have taken every visiting friend there since moving to Boise. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I’ve been a wine member here for 8 years and have always had a great time or I wouldn’t be a member. 😉 Gary and Martha have worked so hard to bring us wine lovers a great experience and I’m so happy they are. Good service and nice place. However, food was underwhelming. Prices OK if food was better. Takes a long.... time to drive there. I think going during the day for snacks and wine is probably the best.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had for his birthday last week. The food was exceptional, the wine was devine, and the atmosphere relaxing. The drive out is a bit of an adventure, but well worth it!

Outstanding wine and outstanding food! That is 3 Horse Ranch. They control the process of winemaking from farming right through to the finished product. That’s why the wine is so good. Try any but my favorite yesterday was their Bordeaux style Beau Geste. Go and find your favorite. It will be worth your time.
