Server although sweet and kind forgot menu items, presented our food to wrong table then delivered to us after they had placed our food infront of other patrons. Food itself was spectacular. Unfortunately at the price post I would expect better service.

It was my second time here. Don't get me wrong - I do enjoy it. However, this time we had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The wines were excellent, both the FLX and intl wines. The dishes were great, except for the main entree. My iberico pork and her lamb tenderloin were both dry. They appeared to be cooked properly, not overdone. Unfortunately they both arrived at the table dry, as if they sat under the warming lamp too long. Again, I like it here and will likely go back, but because the main entrees missed the mark, it left a suboptimal impression.

The beer menu is very limited. Offering a Lager would give a lighter option.

Diverse Mother's Day menu (including children) updated since last year - delicious food, tasty beverages, attentive service but not rushed. Our party was completely satisfied.

The menu choices were limited. All savory and fixed price with 3 courses for brunch. I won't do it again. Will only go here for a normal breakfast b/c Mother's Day was more about the Chef and his ideas than about what mom's and grandmother's want. Saying I don't recommend to a friend specific to any fixed price menu events.

We had a great experience a few months ago - this time around the potato was uncooked and dinner entrees were bland, wondering if they have a new chef or something- unfortunately I would probably not return to this restaurant next time I’m visiting

Very nice hotel restaurant with a great chef. The 4 course meal with international wine pairings is excellent. Although the wine may be from open bottles, only the champagne seemed a bit flat. The course selections are varied; the food quality an presentation are excellent. In addition the server was very attentive and well informed.

The four course meal experience was phenomenal. My sister and I chose different dishes from each other for each course so we got to sample double the food, and let me tell you, that was a great decision! Everything was deliciously and beautifully prepared. Service was excellent.

We always love dining at 1833. Just being in the beautifully taken care of historical rooms is wonderful. Combine that with wonderful food which is beautifully presented, friendly and knowledgeable servers, and the gorgeous view...it's a fabulous place to spend some time.

Everything here was marvelous. This was our first time in Aurora and we were celebrating my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. When booking the dinner reservation, I mentioned this. The staff was super thoughtful and charismatic the entire time. The small details of seating us by the window during sunset down to the perfect subtle birthday touch for dessert, I will always come here for the most special occasions because of the perfect night they gave us that we will remember forever.

WE had a party of 6 and we made a reservation for 7:30pm and we were promptly seated. Our waitress was wonderful and on point- not too intrusive, but very attentive. Choices to order ala carte or a 4 course meal, and our party did both. Food was excellent, perfect temperature and a good amount of food.

Very nice place and food is overall good quality. Some of the preparations need a bit of refinement but enjoyed the meal. Servers are very friendly but need a bit more experience.

On the day of the total eclipse, we were so happily surprised At the wonderful brunch, fantastic view, ambience, great service, great food at great value, and the quiet atmosphere. So worth the trip - will come again.

It was a wonderful experience, food was great. Presentation was great the waiting staff was wonderful, polite, kind, timely mannered they ambience is beyond belief. What a wonderful place to be at on a sunny day. The Cayuga Lake is extraordinary.

We had an amazing time during our 4-course meal + Finger lakes pairings! The first course and the dessert were our favorites, and the staff was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We would absolutely come back!

Enjoyed the 4 course experience. First two courses were very well thought out with unique combination of flavors. The scallop entree was slightly oversalted. The pheasant entree was seasoned well and was not to dried out for a lean meat. Overall a nice experience but slightly below par for the expectation.

FANTASTIC fine dining experience. Incredible, creative food, friendly and professional staff, and an elegant, romantic evening setting. I cannot offer enough compliments to 1833 Kitchen & Bar, and am already planning my 6 hour drive to return for more meals!

Lovely! I have Celiac and I saw on Instagram that they had a new gluten free dessert, white mocha cream cake, and I had to try it. It was just as fabulous as it sounds. The staff here was so wonderful, and the food and views were off the charts. Try the banana spritz, by the way! You won't be disappointed!
