Award-winning, refined seasonal cuisine created by Chef Elsa Jorgensen is inspired by the diverse and fresh regional offerings. Our primary 4 course seasonal Chef's Menu is paired perfectly with the many Finger Lakes and Old World wines from our Wine Spectator award-winning wine and beverage list.

    Superb service! 5 of us tried much of what was on the menu for the evening. The starters were all excellent, and were actually the highlight of the three courses. For entrées, the halibut was slightly overcooked for my taste, but most people would prefer how it was cooke. The sauce with the halibut was wonderful. The lamb was of excellent quality and cooked to the right temperature, but the outside needed more salt and spices before roasting. The desserts were okay--nothing impressive.

    The food was excellent. What was supposed to be hot was hot, and what was supposed to be cold was cold. There was a long gap between the second and third course, and the meal took almost two and a half hours. The servers were friendly and our water glasses were never empty.

    Server although sweet and kind forgot menu items, presented our food to wrong table then delivered to us after they had placed our food infront of other patrons. Food itself was spectacular. Unfortunately at the price post I would expect better service.

    It was my second time here. Don't get me wrong - I do enjoy it. However, this time we had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The wines were excellent, both the FLX and intl wines. The dishes were great, except for the main entree. My iberico pork and her lamb tenderloin were both dry. They appeared to be cooked properly, not overdone. Unfortunately they both arrived at the table dry, as if they sat under the warming lamp too long. Again, I like it here and will likely go back, but because the main entrees missed the mark, it left a suboptimal impression.

    The beer menu is very limited. Offering a Lager would give a lighter option.

    Brought my 88 year young mum for lunch and it was fabulous....great service and the food was great.

    Diverse Mother's Day menu (including children) updated since last year - delicious food, tasty beverages, attentive service but not rushed. Our party was completely satisfied.

    The menu choices were limited. All savory and fixed price with 3 courses for brunch. I won't do it again. Will only go here for a normal breakfast b/c Mother's Day was more about the Chef and his ideas than about what mom's and grandmother's want. Saying I don't recommend to a friend specific to any fixed price menu events.
