We really liked this restaurant because they had a food option for our dog and that’s the main reason we decided to come here. The service was okay. It’s a nice little area and there’s lots of stuff to do around here.

I have been to 18 bin multiple times on different days of the week. I went on Monday poster graduation with a group of friends because 18bin is known for good food and a great ambience. Unfortunately, that was not the case this go around, the music that was playing Was not an upbeat vibe, and it was very slow and sad, there were not that many tables, but only one server and multiple bus persons . Quite frankly, I felt really bad for the lady who was serving us. The people who brought out our food did not give us all of the correct food and three of us waited more than half an hour to get our food after everyone else’s food had already arrived. I was embarrassed to bring my friends here as I had invited my sister here for her post graduation brunch with her friends .

I think this place has great potential if they'd bother to hire a few extra servers and put up more shade for their outdoor seating.

We had a big group of twenty and they were very accommodating which was a huge ask of them for Saturday brunch. We really appreciated that! The music was excellent, so much more superior than the music we endured at EBC the night before; so major kudos to the DJ who kept the party vibe going. Needless to say, the food and drinks were on par with everything else and 18bin is now a favorite spot for us.

Food was just okay. The server missed quite a few ordered items and the split done when it was time to pay was not accurate. Overall it was okay. The cinnamon toasties (donuts) were amazing. Fried chicken needed seasoning.

This place was amazing for Sunday Brunch. The DJ was playing great music I can’t remember our servers name but she was amazing as well very attentive and did a great job recommending food and drinks. Weather was perfect to eat outside. We ordered the mimosa tower, chicken and waffle tower, and bacon egg and cheese double smash burger. Our food was served quickly and so delicious. Would definitely come again

Beautiful aesthetic .. very popular on weekends. I would suggest a reservation outside if weather permits. Girls bathroom is small. Servers are busy, I just ordering appetizer and drinks

Made a reservation for at 1:30pm on a Saturday and wasn’t sat until 2pm (not sure why they take reservations if we still have to wait for 30 minutes to be sat). After we were finally sat we waited another 10 minutes for our server to bring menus which was a bit annoying. The food was good and after a rough start our server was attentive.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I really enjoyed the tuna tacos, but the steak and egg sandwich was dry and lacking flavor. It was basically a few slices of steakums Philly cheese steak meat, and egg and cheese.

The food and drinks were outstanding. However, the music outside was so loud it was hard to have a conversation across the table. Also our waiter admitted that he forgot about us as we were not part of his section. He never asked if we would like another drink and had to be tracked down to bring us our check. I would try the restaurant again since the food was very good.

I’ll start by saying we’ve had brunch here before and absolutely loved it. It was a calm, but fun vibe. We sat outside, super nice lots of pretty flowers and planters. All of that joy and it’s in the arts district so it’s really nice. We weren’t expecting the exact same crowd at 6 PM on a Sunday, I was not expecting to walk into a club, however. Lol. The service was quick to come out, although I had to get my sixth choice of drink because they were out of all of their ingredients. I don’t know if that’s a management problem, or a supply chain problem, but it was kind of ridiculous. Our waitress was really nice about it, however. I had a cocktail, my husband had a beer, I had a Poké bowl, and he had tacos. Everything we had was good. He was still hungry after he finished his tacos, but maybe he should have read the menu more carefully. Our bill came out to $65 I think? It wasn’t bad. I didn’t particularly like my drink, but I picked one at random after I was running out of preferences. Do not go in the evenings if you are expecting just a lively crowd outdoors. The music was so loud that I could not speak to my husband who was sitting next to me without shouting directly into his ear. We had to yell at our waitress too, which actually made me feel kind of bad. TLDR: good brunch, nice mimosas. Decent dinner, but extremely extremely loud. Do not go here if you want to sit and have a conversation. Absolutely go if you’re looking to party with your dinner.

Overall, the experience was awesome! Bottomless mimosas were great. Our waiter was nonexistent we didn't even get waters for the table or silverware.

they sat us down all the way in a hidden table and the waitress took over an hour just to take drink order. food was stale. i had the pancakes and they were chewy like they had been sitting in a pantry or something? like a dusty flavor. ordered a coffee that was watered down and disgusting. i ordered a piña colada and it tasted like something had been sitting unopened in the fridge. confirmed with multiple other friends that that was the flavor. and waitress was so incredibly rude and made it obvious she didn’t care about the quality of the food or service… we found out that it is because she gets 30% gratuity either way. The DJ was playing super outdated music and it was so loud that we couldn’t even have a conversation at the table. never coming back and will make it a goal to tell anyone to NEVER eat here upon visiting vegas. huge waste of precious money.

Ordered unlimited mimosas for 3 hours we received 1 refill so a total of 2. Asked for condiments by the time we received them (15min later) our food was cold.

This place was totally dead on a Saturday night for a reason. We arrived at 6 pm and there were only 3 other couples in the entire place, we wondered why. Ordered a grilled cheese & cheeseburger. The cheeseburger came out immediately, my grilled cheese never did. We asked the bartender & the manager and they acted like they couldn’t care less. Finally the grilled cheese did come out, the bread was burnt it was hard as a rock and all black yet the cheese wasn’t even melted? It was one slice of American kraft cheese… for $15. Yah right. My husband said his burger was cold and the tots weren’t good either. We’re locals and have always driven by this place but after how disappointing it was we won’t be back nor recommend it to friends visiting.

We were seated & no menus were given to us. It took the server 20 minutes to come to our table and ask if we been helped yet.. ridiculous. Another 20 until she came back and took our order. And another 30 minutes until we got our food. Service was horrible and extremely slow. If you don’t have enough staff why fill up all the tables - it’s insane. Other tables around us were also complaining about the service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Made this reservation for my Friends birthday. Ordered food and hers was accidentally not added to the ticket so she received her meal 20 minutes after everyone else. Then we also ordered her a drink which took 30 minutes to get which was due to one lovely waitress taking care of i would say 10 tables while there were 6 bartenders behind the bar that were laughing and not assisting any customers. No fault of the waitress but bartenders should step in when they see the one server juggling tables.

Ok so I wanted to love this place. But the food was okay the service was bad 👎 food was late the waiters act like they didn't know what to do. It wasn't crowded at all I went on a weekday in the morning the service was just not good. Food was okay.

Visiting from Dallas.The thing on the website were not available. No bacon, no bteakfast, cold food, slow service....and so on and so on $287 We paid our Bill... i did not say we did not pay! This was a poor experience.

Unfortunately they had one chef which caused an incredible delay on getting food out to customers. Food wasn’t hot when it finally arrived. In addition, it took about 30-45 minutes to get a glass of water after being seated. Waiter was very nice and apologized in advance that there might be delays due to lack of kitchen staff. Hopefully 18 bin will be hiring additional staff immediately.

Service was slow and we were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes. Food came out cold and needed to return. We were charged twice however staff caught it after. There was a clear shortage in staff for a busy Sunday brunch.

Started off a little rough. Waited 10+ minutes to be seated even with a reservation, 10+ minutes to be brought menus and greeted by a server, 10+ for our drinks to arrive and a half hour on the dot for our entrees to arrive. Food was great, atmosphere was great, but the back of house needs to get it together I think.

We went in a Friday for brunch. The outdoor patio area is GORGEOUS and a vibe! They have a live dj playing top 40 music with blending in her own style. It was a little cold outside but they have heaters available. My rating is 3 stars because of the vibe, service, and ambiance. The food was subpar. I wanted to order the CBLTA which is a BLT with a grilled chicken breast and avocado. However, my waitress told me they ran out of chicken breasts. Mind you, our reservation was at 11am and they opened at 10am. So I ended up ordering the breakfast burrito with tater tots inside. It was pretty bland except the bacon and tater tots added some salt. My friend ordered the steak and egg sandwich and she said the steak tasted like the meat came from a TV dinner. We would return and try something different simply based on the vibe and service.

We went for Brunch on a Sunday, it was very busy. Thank goodness we reserved a table. The staff was amazing from the moment we got their, the hostess was very nice and greated us with a smile. Our waitress was amazing even though she was extremely busy she made sure we were good. They were playing house music so it made the ambience very fun and awesome. The food was AMAZING!
