Built right on the bank of the Guadalupe River, 1011 Bistro offers the most spectacular view in Kerrville. You will find something in our menu for a special occasion, family gathering, or just kick back with friends and a bottle of wine on our open terrace.

Our menu features some French and American specialties, as well as some Italian classics, with a touch of Texas. Appetizers include our famous Mussels in broth, baked Crab Cakes and crispy Calamari. You can also find salads, pasta dishes, steaks and fish. Did we mention all our desserts are homemade?

Our extensive wine list has something for everyone… California Cabernets and Zinfnadels, Italian Chiantis and Pinot Grigios, Malbecs from Argentina, and Australian Shiraz. Our menu is definitely wine-friendly.

We took our Mother to dinner for Mothers Day. We greeted, Seated and a rose was given to both of us when we walked in. Brady was our server and was excellent and attentive. We started out with a bottle of brut champagne which was pretty good for the price. I had the goat salad with poached pear and it was excellent, I should have stopped there. Dinner, my husband had the chicken fried Antelope with truffle béchamel (to die for) mash potatoes and green beans. He said it’s definitely a dish he would have again. His mother had the salmon and sun dried tomato orzo, she said it was delicious and I had the 6” filet perfectly cooked med-rare on a blackberry sauce with mash potatoes and asparagus. All very good. Way too full for dessert but my mother in-law has the crème brûlée and it was good. Thank you for the great service and great food. We will definitely be back at least one a month.

Lamb was outstanding but my sea bass was overcooked and not thick like used to be and no sauce .

We normally go to The Bistro for special occasions or when we want a great night out. We have never been disappointed and always look forward to our outings.

This was the first time we attended 1011 Bistro. It was recommended to us by friends. Whe we arrived our reservation was ok. Both my wife and I were disappointed in the food. She had Pork Tendericola which was under offer. She wanted the meat to be rare (pink inside) but was more medium. Myself had the Rack of Lambs . The lamb chops were offer cooked. Crusty and Well done. Neither one of us finished our plates. It's a shame this happened. We waited awhile for our food, the server went to check on it. For the prices we had to pay it was very disapointed. We actually picked up some fast food to take home to eat. Respectfully yours, Kevin Palamarchuck

Great atmosphere, good service, very pleasant staff, decent prices and a great menu…. We’ve been there several times before and all was well. This last visit was disappointing to me because my French Onion soup was so salty I could not finish it and the Sea Bass dish was also over salted!! Hoping this was just an isolated incident. My husband’s lamb chops were excellent!
