Built right on the bank of the Guadalupe River, 1011 Bistro offers the most spectacular view in Kerrville. You will find something in our menu for a special occasion, family gathering, or just kick back with friends and a bottle of wine on our open terrace.

Our menu features some French and American specialties, as well as some Italian classics, with a touch of Texas. Appetizers include our famous Mussels in broth, baked Crab Cakes and crispy Calamari. You can also find salads, pasta dishes, steaks and fish. Did we mention all our desserts are homemade?

Our extensive wine list has something for everyone… California Cabernets and Zinfnadels, Italian Chiantis and Pinot Grigios, Malbecs from Argentina, and Australian Shiraz. Our menu is definitely wine-friendly.

This was the first time we attended 1011 Bistro. It was recommended to us by friends. Whe we arrived our reservation was ok. Both my wife and I were disappointed in the food. She had Pork Tendericola which was under offer. She wanted the meat to be rare (pink inside) but was more medium. Myself had the Rack of Lambs . The lamb chops were offer cooked. Crusty and Well done. Neither one of us finished our plates. It's a shame this happened. We waited awhile for our food, the server went to check on it. For the prices we had to pay it was very disapointed. We actually picked up some fast food to take home to eat. Respectfully yours, Kevin Palamarchuck

Great atmosphere, good service, very pleasant staff, decent prices and a great menu…. We’ve been there several times before and all was well. This last visit was disappointing to me because my French Onion soup was so salty I could not finish it and the Sea Bass dish was also over salted!! Hoping this was just an isolated incident. My husband’s lamb chops were excellent!

This is a great place along the Guadalupe River in Kerrville to celebrate special occasions. The views are amazing from any table in the restaurant. We have dined here many times and are never disappointed. Food, staff, and ambience...fabulous!

Had a wonderful birthday dinner at 1011 Bistro with my husband! The wine selection was great and all of our food selections were delicious and perfectly prepared! The gorgeous sunset during dessert topped off a lovely evening and our kind waitress offered to take a photo of us outside with the sunset. We’ll definitely be back again for another celebration!

The filet mignon was wonderful as well as the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The waiter was very attentive and the view was wonderful. it was slightly warm by the windows until the sun started to set.

Anniversary dinner. Requested a lakeside seat and was given one😊. Good service without rushing us. Sirloin steak was tender and tasty per spouse. I had the lamb. Both ordered medium rare and cooked perfectly. Whiskey cake is outrageous! Reasonable prices for quality, service and water front view

Our first time at 1011 Bistro. Vista of the Guadalupe River was stunning. Our waiter was helpful and attentive. Cuisine was excellent. 1011 Bistro lived up to its well deserved reputation, and we will be back.

Excellent location right on the river. Nicely decorated and very upscale looking. Waiter was a bit stuffy and one of our party had their fish undercooked TWICE. Great potential but they need some work.

This was a nice find....great location for watching the sun go down on the river and enjoying a meal. The food, wine, and service were great and we would definitely return.

The view is awesome, food was good (but not excellent), the service excellent and the price reasonable. No dedicated parking, parking is on the street. Both the sea bass and antelope entrées were ok but not exceptional. Go for the view!

Everything is always excellent. Thank You!!! This is the best place to dine in all of Kerrville. The view, the staff and the food can’t be beat. Tonight, we watched fish jump in the river, a boat of two guys fishing and then a beautiful sunset. All the staff, from the host to the servers are well trained and provide an upscale dinner house experience. The food never disappoints. The freshly baked warm bread with a bottle of Moscato is our favorite start. The salads choices are excellent - we like the Texas and Goat Cheese salads the best. We tend to favor the Sea Bass on black rice and the filet mignon. The steak is always tender and paired perfectly with garlic mashed potatoes and tender asparagus. My favorite is the hazelnut torte for desert. As packed as the place was, our meal came out very quickly. The pricing is higher than any restaurant in Kerrville but quality is also the best in all of Kerrville. You get what you pay for. If you think it’s too expensive, then this place just isn’t for you.

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. We had the best meal. We love the muscles with their excellent bread to sop up the juices. Calamari with t he excellent aioli hit the spot. We were a bit full so split the Chilean sea bass. It was buttery and served with black rice with delicate carrot flavors that made a good flavor pairing. We had excellent service by Trevor throughout the meal. All was topped off by a sliver of the chocolate torte complete with a celebratory wish for the birthday boy. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone! and we will be back!

We had a wonderful dinner here. It started with our server, Trevor. He noticed that our table was wobbly. He brought over a shim to stabilize it. Then when he learned that my husband had problems hearing offered us a corner table where it was quieter. We appreciated the offer but decided to stay where we were. His service the rest of the meal was outstanding! The food: appetizer of fried calamari with aioli. Tender, well-seasoned, delicious aioli. Salad: grilled Caesar. Small grilled leaves of Romaine lettuce. Garlicky dressing, housemade croutons, sprinkled with Parmesan. Trevor asked it we were sharing the salad. It was presented on two plates. Excellent. Entrees: pork tenderloin served on grits. Nice slices of pork. Large portion. Duck breast cooked perfectly. Moist and tender. Root beer glaze very yummy. Brussel sprouts cooked just like I like the. Roasted with some crispy leaves. The sweet potato gratin is very tasty but a little too salty for me. We took some of each entree home for an additional meal. We also ordered a whiskey cake to go. The restaurant provided us a slice of the chocolate hazelnut tart to celebrate our anniversary. Just the right finish. This is a new favorite restaurant for us in Kerrville. Thanks for making our anniversary special!

Are you looking for an opportunity to step out of Kerrville and into an oasis of amazing food, great hospitality, and a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River? If so, 1011 Bistro should be your next dining destination. There isn’t another place in Kerrville that can give you the experience that 1011 Bistro offers. The quality of the food is impeccable, the service is outstanding, and the price point brings it all together to make it one of the best destinations for fine dining in the Hill Country. I recently took a date after being invited to a couple of business meetings at 1011 Bistro. The environment was perfect for a great conversation, and the servers were extremely respectful and did not bug us incessantly to ensure that we were OK. When waters were refilled, the server did it quietly while my day, and I continued our conversation. Hands-down a 10 out of 10 in my book!! I will definitely be booking another reservation soon!!

We ate five courses and we were there to celebrate my mothers and fathers Anniversary. We LOVED our food every bite of it. We were sadly disappointed with our server. Every time he walked away from our table I feel like he disappeared into a black hole and didn’t come back for at least 20 to 25 minutes. We would be done with a course stack our plates and he would not pick them up until the next course arrived. Therefore we sat with dirty plates in front of us for about 15 to 20 minutes every time I’ve been in service industry for 15 years, therefore we will always tip at least 20%, Which we did. We could’ve tipped that to the kitchen staff instead of the server we would have. Every other table around us was getting great service by other servers, and we were sadly forgotten about the whole meal. After our dinner course, it took him 30 minutes after we got done eating to clear our plates and offer dessert. When you are celebrating something like this and you’re spending over $200 on a meal service should be elite. We did not get that experience at all.
