This will be a gastronomic tour through 10 regions of Mexico, enjoying some of the most representative dishes in a ten-course dinner.

Each plate has been carefully paired with a cocktail, wine, or beer, to match its particular flavors. Should you prefer non-alcoholic beverages, we offer a variety of refreshing fruit drinks, also selected to go with each course perfectly.

The experience is a gastronomic and cultural experience in a real Mexican home. You will be virtually traveling to 10 different regions Of México while you eat their foods. No words to describe on what a cool experience this was. Just go if your in Cozumel. The only thing that gave us pause was paying upfront on WhatsApp but the host are Honest and the staff is amazing.

We loved the entire experience from arrival to departure. The food and drink paired was amazing!! The sharing of local stories and origins of the cuisines enabled us to connect with the gasto-experience prepared by the host. The pride and joy of the hosts and staff was out of this world. Would recommend everyone partake in this wonderful journey connect more deeply with Mexico!!!

The highlight of our trip! This experience is inventive and still traditional. The pairings are one point and complement each dish perfectly. Usually we can pick a favorite course but everything was so good there is no way to pick just one. For travelers interested in learning about the cuisine, history, and culture of Mexico this experience can’t be beat. My husband, who is a sommelier and a restaurant professional, was beyond himself and was near tears at the end due to the dedication and execution by the team. A truly astounding and beyond memorable dining experience that cannot be matched in Cozumel or most places.

WOW! This event will be remembered by us as one of the best evenings we have had during our multiple visits to Mexico. We are lucky to have enjoyed the offerings of such talented residents of Cozumel. Chef Alexandro and his partner Lorena greeted us at the entrance to their beautiful, spa-like home where we were offered refreshments and introduced to our two animators/guides, Luis and Adrian and our server, Javier. After a few moments of casual conversation we were guided to our table. The eating area is well decorated and cozy providing a sense of comfort and welcomeness. There is a video being projected on the wall at the front of the room. This video introduces the regions from which inspiration for each dish and drink pairing has been drawn. It offers classic scenes from each region while you are eating each dish. It is an exceptionally crafted compilation video. Our animators/guides truly demonstrated their knowledge and their pride in country while introducing each region, the dish and the pairing. THE FOOD, OMG, each dish is perfectly prepared, attractively presented and is appropriately sized for enjoying the flavours while still allowing "room" for all ten different dishes. Later, on the ride home, as we discussed the dishes amongst ourselves, we could only find our favourites. No one had a dish they disliked. THE PAIRINGS, each drink and wine is from Mexico. Luis and Adrian provided expert guidance on savoring each beverage revealing an exquisite harmony between food and drink – each enhancing the flavors of the other. The most discussed amongst us was the palate cleansing "Chilcuague". It is uniquely Mexican and was a pleasant surprise to our North American mouths. THE FINISH, we were joined at our tables by our hosts, Chef Alexandro and Lorena, and all staff for a few moments of thanks and small talk. We left the home sated, happy and hoping there would be an opportunity to taste the upcoming Version 2.0 of these experiences. To all who read this review

This is a long pending but well deserving review of the 10Experiences Gourmet Tour in the town of San Miguel in Cozumel. Chef Alejandro and his wife Lorena hosted us in their beautiful home with the help of Oscar, their food & natural history tour guide. The tour included 10 gourmet courses of authentic Mexican food from various Mexican states and Mexico City, paired with various tequila, mezcal, beers. Portions were great for 10 courses, we were beyond full by the end of it. Using video aid on the large theater screen in the dining room, while we ate Oscar took us through this virtual tour amalgamating history, geography, culture, tourism economy of the region the food comes from and introduced us to its origin and relevance today. He graciously answered every question we asked. We also discovered a tequila there that was flavored with the root of a medicinal plant Chilcuague (aka Aztec Golden Root). Got a bottle to savor later. It has a zing to it that reminds of a hundred Sichuan peppercorns hitting you at the same time. This is an amazing foodie tour of Mexico where you never have to leave your seat while enjoying an amazing array of gourmet Mexican food from the comfort of a beautifully appointed home. Highly-highly recommended!
