Awful service!!!! Offered no drinks then waited 30 mins to order. Food was okay, views are fantastic, paid a tip which they didn’t deserve and because it didn’t amount to the 15% , 18%, or 22% service charge they recommend, the waiter chased me down when leaving the restaurant and harassed me into suggesting I HAD to pay a higher tip for the appalling service received. I’ve never left a restaurant feeling threatened by a waiter before, that’s a first. Please avoid this restaurant ! If you want to eat with great views,sit on Time Square steps and have a hot dog instead.

Best location to view Times Square. So cool! The sad thing is the management doesn’t seem to know how to capitalize on this treasure!
