I very much enjoyed the cheeseburger. The salad that came with it was small and contained only a little lettuce - nothing else. It was disappointing. The restaurant did not offer standard dressings like caesar or blue cheese. But, when asked, the waiter remarkably said they could make up both dressings. I asked to try both. The blue cheese dressing was very good. The caesar dressing was not good. I was surprised that the restaurant did not have an ordinary caesar salad (with optional canned anchovies) on the menu. A manager said we could have asked for it. But, their version of caesar dressing was not good -- so I am glad I did not know that one could order a caesar salad. The service and atmosphere (we sat outside) were excellent. But, when I initially called to confirm the reservation, the person on the phone said that if we wanted to eat outside we would have to order off a pre-fixe Persian menu. But when we got there and asked to sit outside, we were given regular menus. There was no mention of Persian food or a pre-fixe menu. I would have liked to bring one of two groups there for lunch sometimes. (I regularly organize lunches for 2 groups). But this restaurant charge a lot of money "to rent" a private room ($1200-1800, or more), in addition to the cost of the food and service and tax, which makes it totally impractical for us. It seemed silly to charge so much, especially at lunchtime, since they were not very busy. We would have liked to come back with both groups, but not if we had to pay for the room. Most restaurants do not charge rent for their private rooms. A few have minimum food bills -- and that would probably have been fine, if the minimum were reasonable.

Too many misses to overcome. Limited brunch menu—few healthy choices. No kids menu for breakfast—only lunch. Ordered two glasses of champagne and only one arrived. Ordered two poached eggs and only received one.

As loud and obnoxious as our party of 3 were, on one from the staff had to shush us and were very gracious as to provide boundaries and checked in as needed. Personally, I'm happy to have dinner here all the time, but folks like to change it up. It was an overall great experience the last 5 times, I'm confident it will continue as so. Kudos to our waitress; she paid attention to details - from the reservation notes, down to her approach to our table that would accommodate/matched our sense of old-ladies humor.

The service was phenomenal. This is our second time there and they never disappoint. They paid attention to our special requests from OpenTable and were extremely accommodating. The food was delicious and the wine selection was excellent. The server made great recommendations. We are definitely going back!

Our first dining experience and it was great! Hit all the high marks. Simple, but delicious menu that tailors to anyone. We have never dined here before but now we know what we missed. We are looking forward to returning. Service was really good, on time, and respectful.

We had Easter brunch and I was expecting a lavish breakfast leaning buffet with something for everyone. I’ve had four season buffets before and they are usually wonderful. We sat in the hallway so the ambiance was pretty stark (we had a reservation). The appetizer buffet was limited , the kids buffet was only three items. I enjoyed the parfait bar - the only hint of breakfast food. The main course was a choice of four dinners (pork, lamb, ravioli and salmon) all very heavy for 11:30 on a Sunday. The service was reasonable. We went home disappointed and my son was hungry. Price $145 each.

Quattro in the Four Seasons presents the feel of a quiet oasis. There is a lovely lounge as you walk in and a section of the restaurant with intimate booths for 2 for a quiet weekend dinner after a busy week. Though prices were at the high end, the quality of the dishes met justified the expense. Our dishes included the beet salad with citrus and goat cheese creme, the olive focaccia bread, the perfectly seared branzino, and a delightful and artfully presented apple-themed desert with a wonderful palette of flavors and textures on the palate. Our server was deeply knowledgeable and responsive, and we had a wonderful, peaceful time.

Quattro’s premier attempt at Chinese New Years DimSum brunch very poorly executed and lacking on all accounts. Offered 30pcs for 2, only 16 delivered to table, no description, rapidly got cold as all delivered with bland soup, noodle dish unequally divided - 1 with all the additives other with only noodles, and table adorned with wilted and recycled 3 day old valentine’s bouquet. Dragon parade brought inside due to rain assaulted hearing of patrons with parade cymbals that should never be repetitively clashed in a small indoor venue. “Experience” not to be repeated. Updated: Vendor gave us a credit for the Dimsum Brunch which we appreciated that they acknowledged our experience was not up to the standard quality of an event at a Four Seasons Property. As it was their premier attempt at this event we will try another meal at the property as the service and ambiance are top notch at all Four Season Properties.

Went for Valentine's Day lunch with my husband. It felt festive with all the heart decorations. Food was excellent and as expected, pricey. Husband had the Quattro burger which was juicy and delicious. I had the salmon dish which was really good. The salmon was cooked just perfect, crispy skin and tender and moist. We shared a side of onion rings which were so good, We had the panna cotta and the apple cake for dessert. Both were yummy! The service was also wonderful. It was attentive, but not overly so and everyone was friendly and nice. This place is definitely fun to go to for a special occasion.

The receptionist who seated us was not very good and not friendly. We had a reservation for 7 people and she checked in 7 people but t$3! couldn’t remember and had the table set up for 6 people. Then she distributed the menu but only gave 6 and intentionally skipped me, so I had to ask for another menu. No apology from her and she had a smirk on her face. However, the servers were all excellent and they made the dining experience better.

Advertised music and reason we booked for NY day brunch. When we got there I had to ask and they said the singer called in sick. Even though I said that’s why I picked it, hostess didn’t offer anything to try to make up for it -comp something, gift card or anything. Not what I expect from FS.

A few comments from our dinner experience: 1. We asked for hot water when we sat down, waited, hot & cold starters came and we finished eating, still no hot water, when asked, the waiter said he forgot. 2. We ordered focaccia and waitress came back few minutes later that they ran out which is fine. She offered sourdough and we said yes. Again we had to asked after we almost finished our starters and waiter came with 2 small slices when we have 4 people. 3. After the starters, the waiter took away all our utensils and did not replace it. Our main course arrived and we still have utensils. We had to asked twice for utensils. We been to many Four Seasons all all the world, this is by far, our worst experience.

Lunching at Quattro in Palo Alto is always a treat. Food is fine - I had the Kale Salad with Flat Iron Steak, steak was perfect, not overly seasoned. Service is okay; momentum of service is so so, and a bit of misunderstanding in libation - Jameson vs a floral cognac of some sort. Definitely would return in the future to experience dinner or special celebration.

Excellent food. Ambiance is nothing special especially if you are celebrating. Staff do not look polished. Not chic. Although they try to be accommodating, they rather look homely. At least they are finding employees who are willing to work. My guess is they were recruited from the housekeeping department.

Service was below par. Very slow and communication was poor. Waitress forgot our drinks and we had a hard time tracking her down to get them after we had started our lunch. We also had to ask for our bill at the end as our waitress did not return for a long period of time. I've eaten at Quattro often and like to take clients there as its' generally quiet and a good place to have a business lunch. Fortunately, last Friday was not a business lunch, but rather a Birthday lunch for my assistant. Regardless, the service was not acceptable for the price we paid and for a Four Seasons Hotel.

Horrible. Will never re-do for Thanksgiving. Definitely NOT worth the $$$$. Too overcrowded and overrated. Disorganized. Non-professional. Unfortunate experience for a much anticipated holiday dinner. Only saving grace was food.

Outstanding restaurant. My top choice in the Stanford/Palo Alto area. This time there was some outside noise because of corporate and University-related events but it didn't affect the experience - great food and ambience. As a frequent visitor who lives out of town I appreciate the easy access and easy parking - a big plus for me compared to downtown Palo Alto.
