Our waiter was excellent, the food and drinks delicious! I wish the sound level was quieter. For the cost, it would be nice to have a nice, intimate dinner and conversation where we didn’t have to compete with the room noise.

Entree took over an hour to be delivered. We had pasta. Server was very good but had no control over an obviously slow kitchen. No visit or apologies from management. Not what I expect from a JW Marriott restaurant.

We really enjoyed Primo for the wonderful atmosphere, service and food. Really a top notch experience. Primo is located at the JW Grand Lakes in Orlando and even this hotel’s food is a level above the rest in this area. That being said you do pay for it.

Went to Primo to celebrate my Mom’s Birthday! We had such a fabulous time. We sat out in the patio to watch the gorgeous sunset. Dara was our server and she was awesome! We enjoyed the Farmer Salad, if you like dressing ask for extra it is divine, the bread service is 100% worth it. The octopus was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. For entrees we enjoyed the ribeye which comes with a delicious salsa verde bone marrow. We also ordered the cavatelli. The steak was cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. The cavatelli is made from scratch in house and you can taste the difference. We had three desserts and they were all incredible too! I can not wait to come back again! Thank you Primo for such an amazing evening!

We had to leave early because we were watch our grandson unexpectedly at the last minute and he was acting up. Otherwise, everything else was good. We will just need to reschedule our anniversary.

Great food, ok ambiance. The both we sat in was not very comfortable, and the server was not very attentive and was not very knowledgeable on selections, drinks, or wine which was odd.

Gelato was great and delicious. Tiramisu was interesting. Mushrooms were yummy. Service was a little swamped as it was a busy night. Water glasses were empty for a bit during dinner. Otherwise it was a great meal.

Butternut squash soup was delicious. I ordered the Margarita Pizza and it was delicious too. The tomato sauce was light and tasty.

Wonderful experience! Servers Brandon, Leah and Dara made our visits so enjoyable. Great farmer and kale salads!! Great seating on the deck!

We normally have loved Primo, we came in August and it was exquisite! We just went last night and the food was mediocre and the service was not good unfortunately.

Brandon our waiter was great with the assistance of Eli. The food was awesome and would recommend trying their bolognese or the tuna carpaccio for sure. Only issue was a large table seated next to us with approx 2-3 year old boys who had a screaming competition. Our waiter seemed distant after that started for the second half of our visit and never seemed to be addressed by the parents or a member of the staff . That aside it was great food.

Food was delicious. Wine was delicious. Everything was very expensive. It annoyed me that I was charged for bread after spending that much money give me some bread.

The dining space overwhelmingly smelled like frying oil and this affected the whole meal experience. The pizza had no flavor and overall the food was average. I am from Italy and this was average / fair at best

Lovely restaurant! Had nice food and the waiters were so lovely. Only thing I didn’t like (this might just be a personal thing) was that it was a bit chilly. The A/C was on quite high so just perhaps bring a jumper if you go!

The autumn squash soup and polenta were amazing. The focaccia is really good too. The service is outstanding and it’s very kid friendly.

It was my birthday and decided to celebrate here but I regret and will not be dining here again. Don’t get me wrong place is beautiful and food was good but server was rude and pushy. Price was pretty high for what you get too.

Primo is worth traveling to just for the meals and the. You have a terrific hotel experience. Tomas was a fantastic waiter and we were lucky to have him for two exquisite meals.

Not as good as last time. Not seated outside. Food not as flavorful and loud intercom music playing overhead which was annoying and really dampened my night. Somewhat disappointing compared to such a memorable meal previously.

The food was outstanding, but the timing of our whole meal was off. Everything from not being seated at our 6pm reservation until 6:15, to it taking 30 minutes for our appetizer pizza to come out, it was all off. Our server also messed up my drink and our desserts - again not a huge deal overall but when you’re paying over $350 for a family of four to eat, everything should be perfect. I get we are at a hotel, but $5.50 for a Shirley Temple is highway robbery. The least we could do is get the pizza out on time.

Amazing brunch. I really like when the culinary team puts an almost extravagant amount of effort into the menu! This is a gem of a place. Service was just tremendous! Inventive cocktails as well. Befitting of the JW Marriott expectation!

We came during the busy Easter holiday weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The bread service was really great and all the food items were prepared well. Service was outstanding. We found the food quality and value here to be better than the Michelin rated knife and spoon at the ritz which we had gone to the night before.

First we were there on Good Friday, a very busy weekend at the hotel. So there were large parties and loads of children. The servers and chefs were all very busy with the size and numbers of people. The timing of food preparation was off so our pizza had been under a heat lamp while the pasta was being finished, soup was lukewarm and had to be reheated. The waitstaff was very apologetic for the food.

The was by far the best pasta I’ve ever had. The bread, octopus and burratta apps were outstanding. My kids loved their spaghetti and meatballs and cheese pizza. I’m dreaming about going back. So delicious!!!
