This was our fourth time at Prime. We usually sit outside, Feb and March. It has been very hot so we decided to try a seat at the bar. Our bartender was exceptional, I apologize for forgetting his name. The escargot is ordered everyone we go. The sauce is wonderful, this is the largest serving you will se at any resturant. We had a pasta and shrimp dish that was woderful. The 14 oz Delmonico steak was Cooked perfect every time we have visited. This is the first reservation made every time we visit Key West. If you didn’t get it we love Prime Steak House.

May be the best crab cake I’ve had. It was so good I wish I’d ordered a double as a main course! Our group had NY Strip, filet and porterhouse all were excellent. Sides were a bit lack luster but maybe it was just our preferences. Nice wine list. Nice, friendly but professional service. A little off the normal track but certainly a great spot in Key West.

This restaurant is absolutely the best steak restaurant I have ever been to. I have celebrated my honeymoon and anniversary here and have been seated in a quiet little room for just me and my husband! The service is impeccable and because of that I am coming back to celebrate my anniversary again!

$200.00 for 2 diners, very cool for me wearing a sundress. Need a sweater or wrap. Florida lobster not as tender as the East Coast lobster a little disappointed. Steak was superb though *****

For us that was the first experience at this restaurant in key west (it was the 18th time we had vacation at key west). The restaurant was a good surprise for us. Good food, very excellent service and server. Prices very interesting… maybe the restaurant has to increase the wine list in the future because the offer was not so completely.

This was our first time visiting Prime Steakhouse. My husband and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and were looking for a nice and romantic dinner. Everything about our dinner here was nothing short of outstanding! The food and service were perfect!! My husband and I both got filet mignon and they were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Oh and the roasted garlic… OMG… so delicious! Highly recommend!!

We had “Robert” as our server. As much as I wanted to say something, I didn’t-but my biggest pet peeve is to be with my husband at an expense and upscale restaurant (or any restaurant for that matter), and to be referred to as “guys”… nothing irritates me more and this is managements fault for not including this little, but so important detail in the training process. My husband and I grew up in the business and neither one of us ever addressed our customers in that manner. Otherwise, the food was excellent…

Excellent food in a quiet and very nice setting. Surf and turf was very good and another guest said his Delmonico was excellent. My wife had the filet mignon and ate all of it, which means it was delicious because that rarely happens! Salads were also delicious; the spinach salad was a little different and I really enjoyed it.

I tried the Delmonico rib eye. Ordered it medium and it tasted dried out. It wasn't juicy enough. Also got sides of steak fries and spinach and mushrooms. Neither were anything special. My wife got the Porterhouse steak and wasn't thrilled either. Probably won't go back.

Steak undercooked, and still undercooked after sent back. Mashed potatoes dried and presented like an ice cream scoop. Disappointed for a high end steak house.

Fabulous dinner as always. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upscale experience in KW. Steak is always perfect, escargot is amazing, and the cocktails are delicious too.

Nice place but the ambience is definitely off. We sat outside - maybe inside is better? This is adjacent to the pool at Dante’s with not a great view of the waterfront.

We had the Burrata salad & filet mignons. The service was impeccable, Moses was a fabulous server. The food was delicious and the ambience was upscale but yet relaxed. We would deft visit again.
