    Had a reservation at 8:15 pm. We got to Portland city grill 8:10pm rhw check in host said we have to wait 30-45 I thought that was insane but whatever we waited at 9:00pm we ask the check in host how much more longer and she said same 30-45 min we had enough and my husband talked to the manger and they got us a table in leas then 5 minutes. The food took 2 hours to be Delivered and at the end we got our bill, and they names us “the people complain about waiting” I thought that was rude!!! That was our experience

    I took my father here for a Father’s Day dinner, and our server was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. The only issues were that we were seated and hour after our reservation despite arriving early to check in, and one of our entres was way over cooked. The staff gave us complimentary appetizers and took our entrees off the bill, which was very appreciated. I would advise allowing time in your schedule in case the reservations get backed up again if you are coming here for a holiday. All that aside, everything else was absolutely wonderful, and I would definitely dine here again!

    This was a disaster. We stood waiting for our reservation for 60 minutes. We booked this months ago, but our 6:00 reservation did not seem to matter. Service was very slow and the menu was abbreviated, not the usual dinner menu. We will never go back.

    45 min delay in getting seated and delay in getting food and service after being seated. Food was delicious and view was great.

    Horrible - Father’s Day dinner ruined! Requested window seating when I arrived was told it sound be additional 45 min wait. Limited menu appetizer arrived after entrées steak was undercooked has been didn’t even receive a straw for drink service was crap

    Highly recommend the Caesar Salad and the braised beef short ribs! Absolutely phenomenal!
