We were seated right away. The waiter was wonderful. The food was excellent. We ordered the ribeye and the prime rib. They were both perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I have to say, whenever I go out to eat for steaks, I never eat the whole meal. This time I ate my entire meal. I will definitely be going back soon.

Decent for a hotel restaurant. They should do a little remodeling make it feel a little more modern. It feels a bit 1990s decor and most of the hotel is updated. Carpet etc would make a difference.

Not sure but I think I might have been overcharged on the Poterhouse 22 oz. Menu I think said $72 and I paid $84?

My filet came out and tasted a little off. The waiter took my plate and the manager promptly came over and spoke with me. My new filet came out and was PERFECTION . They made sure that our first experience was memorable. The only thing negative I could say is that it was off-putting that the hostess was wearing blue plastic gloves .

Excellent service, clean. Hot baked rolls, tough crust. Chicken breast dry. Shrimp in salad tasty and extra large. Crab cakes burned on the bottom. Food needs improvement for the price.

This was our second time celebrating a birthday at this restaurant, and definitely won’t be the last!! We had a wonderful time, an amazing meal, great drinks and best of all, the best customer service! The porterhouse was cooked to perfection and if O could recommend anything, it would definitely be the Broccolini!! Amazing!

A wonderful experience. Howard our server was amazing and attentive. The manager visited our table several times. Excellent value, ambiance and the food was amazing. Loved it so much we went two nights in a row. Highly recommend the Salmon and Sea bass.

Service was wonderful! $100 filet mignon. Dinner was definitely not worth the money. The filet mignon first came out, completely raw in the middle, then came out burnt and not tasty. The baked potato was still hard. The shrimp scampi was good and cheesecake was super delicious. Won’t be going back.

The overall experience wasn’t great whatsoever. The ambience was the best, but that wasn’t enough. The drinks weren’t mixed well and we were charged for alcohol we didn’t order. The blackened salmon was salty, the ahi tuna was overcooked; the calamari was rubbery; the online menus and menu in restaurant didn’t have the same items. The restaurant wasn’t busy and wouldn’t answer the phone, thus we had to reserve a table on open table. There was no actual bartender, just a waitress aimlessly pouring alcohol and not really mixing it. Anna, the server was nice, but didn’t really have the fine dining understanding of the menu. Set sub par experience with chain type food. I would not go back and don’t recommend.

Our waiter, Howard, was amazing!! We had a large table. He was very attentive & able to joke with us. The food was excellent & and good price. The Manager & Hostess listened to what we needed & were very helpful!! We would definitely go back!

My husband and I Came here for a late valentines date. As always the service and food was perfect which is why we keep coming back.

From the service to the drinks and meal this was a great experience. Tomahawk steak ($140) was extremely tender. Side items were too small for sharing however we were pleased with the flavor. Service was top notch and the manager came to our table several times.

Service was great. Waiter was attentive. For the price of the food, the sides could have been better. Me and my fiance both got steaks that were good. Our sides were the mashed potatoes that were overly salted, Mac n cheese and fries that tasted like they were just out the freezer.

Waited for a while for our drinks, I was missing an item from my order & my wife was also missing an item from her order. The blue cheese was already on her steak that made her sick. And what’s worse, they already tagged on a 20% gratuity to our bill! I usually don’t complain, so this is rare! People need to know that they might be disappointed, if they go? A restaurant that includes a gratuity might think they don’t have to try hard enough to please the customer!

Steak was undercooked. Chicken had very little flavor and most of the food came just warm not hot. The French onion soup however came hot and was very good.

Good service. Dance club next door can be heard through the wall. Ambiance music is overly loud to compensate. Food is good and what you expect from a prime steakhouse. We enjoyed the lava cake dessert.

Way overpriced food was fair lamb chops were very delicious but not worth $67 the steak came out Cold warm at best not sizzling, hot like most of the premium steakhouses we visit service was good

Took my fiancé for a date night the host, waitress and manager all had outstanding customer service, and very friendly. The food was incredible. if you’re in Ontario California, you should check this place out.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! The restaurant was noisy because of a family with 4 unruly children seated just across from us and a table of loud women seated behind us. Not the restaurants fault. We would return to the restaurant!

First I would like to say that Kristen was an excellent server. She was very attentive to our needs and always made sure everything was how we wanted it. The food however was not consistent and was over priced for what we received. My husband ordered the ribeye sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were so hard that they actually hurt our teeth to bite into. The sandwich was decent. My steak came out well done instead of medium rare, which was corrected immediately and brought out at the correct temperature. However, for a usda prime ribeye, I would have expected less fat and less stringy of a consistency. The sear and flavor on the steak was delicious. The sides were the star, the macaroni and cheese and creamed corn was amazing. The French onion soup and bread rolls were also delicious. Just a note, there is a night club right next door that you can hear the music at times. It would be nice if there was some sort of dress code, people with sweats and ripped tops took away from the ambiance.

Was there for our anniversary and was looking forward to have the prime ribs. Order was taken and 15 minutes later was told that the prime ribs was not available. Pretty disappointed because we came there for the prime ribs. We ordered different type of steaks and it was a bit too salty. We didn’t complain or say anything because we were already disappointed with the whole thing and I didn’t want to make the situation more worst that it is. They comped my appetizers and drink which was a nice gesture. Didn’t fix the disappointment we have had. The waitress was very apologetic toward the whole thing.. we know it wasn’t her fault..

We had a great experience. The staff and chef were accommodating to me because of food sensitivities to dairy and gluten. They tried to use what they had for the limited Christmas menu, so I was able to have rice instead of potatoes that had dairy. The music and atmosphere were nice. It sounded like they had live music, yet the quality of the speakers were amazing. All the staff were helpful, courteous, congenial, and hospitable... everyone from the host/ hostess, the waitress, the ones refilling are drinks, ones taking orders, one delivering our food to our table... etc.... everyone did a great job. Thank you so much for a great experience. The only thing I may suggest is gluten-free rolls and a dessert option for ones who can't have gluten or dairy.

Everything was fantastic for our Christmas dinner. Can’t imagine it was easy for the staff to be serving us instead of spending time with family but they didn’t show it. All were friendly and courteous. The meal was excellent and the ambiance perfect for the occasion.

Great food pricey but we were treating ourselves on Christmas Day. They did have a great chefs menu that included salad entree and dessert. That was a good deal. Nice decorations got a picture by the Christmas tree.
