The pricing was a little on the high end for buffet style food. The food was OK but not great. I didn't realize gratuity was already included in my bill, so I ended up paying double gratuity which I'm not happy about. The clincher at the end was that we got stuck in the parking lot blocked by other cars for which they had no keys. We parked in the handicapped parking area and apparently there was no preparation made for how people would get out. We were stuck for nearly 40 minutes.

Very crowded at the buffet lines. They were running out of food and slow to refill. Some of our food was cold, dried out and unfit to eat. They pork ribs were my favorite so eat serveral of them.

As always, the food and selection were excellent. The place was overly crowded and extremely noisy (not in a good way) and the server staff was very understaffed. Also, the arrangement of the food stations was both confusing and scattered (perhaps because of the physical arrangement of the building and dining areas. Considering the food quality and selection (very eclectic), the price was worth it, but given the other issues mentioned above (and the parking issues, long wait for the cars and incoming cars clashing with the flow of exiting cars), not likely to go back for Mother's Day again. We love the venue and food, but probably for another time.

We went for family celebration of mother’s day. My daughter and i have been here before but my extended family has not and my family kept giving me kudos for suggesting the restaurant. The food and selection was great. Crab legs was sweet and yummy. All the dood was fantastic and service was great even with such a busy day!

The restaurant should’ve let the patrons know that it’s going to be a buffet style type of Mother’s Day lunch. Also, the service was horrible. Took forever to get drinks waitress ended up disappearing for a while to where we had to ask someone else’s for help food was OK so so not super fresh

We went for Mother’s Day brunch our very first time in many years. Despite the large crowd we were seated within 15 minutes of our reservation, our sever Sylvia was fantastic. Food was delicious and we will definitely go back maybe on a day less crowded.

I haven’t been here in a couple years and now I know why, this place is truly horrible. I was so excited to bring my mother here for our annual Mother’s Day brunch with the family, but was disappointed with the lack of service we received while there. Our brunch started at 11, we were seated and told that two servers would be helping us since we were a party of 8. We were served our Champagne once and then never saw our servers again. And the bussers would always take our food while we were still eating! I looked away and looked back and my plate was gone. They didn’t even ask, they just took them. And I know why now because a few times there were lines of people waiting in line for plates to be delivered to the buffet section. The food was ok, I really only liked the crab (when I found the seasoned ones), shrimp, omelette, and pork ribs but everything else was mid. After 4 different people of my party asked the servers to bring us champagne to no avail, my mom went up to the lady with the champagne and asked her to come to our table. The lady was there filling up glasses of champagne for a party that just got there and told my mom that a lot of parties were coming in and they were busy helping them out and my mom can go get her glass and bring it to her and she can pour it. Smh what kind of service is that, you might as well leave the bottle on our table if that’s the case. So the people that are coming in at 12pm are more important than the people coming in at 11am? I went to find the manager, and found 2 of them and told them what was going on and how disappointed we were. The managers also made excuses for the servers saying there’s only 2 people that can pour the alcohol because they have to be of of age. This didn’t make any sense and as a manager, you knew Mother’s Day would be crowded, that means you need to get more staff who are “of age”. I will never come here again and I don’t think anyone else should either, it’s not worth the hassle.

Staff was unbelievable . From the check-in hostess to the dedicated service we received . Never had to ask to get our done plates nor champagne. Food was on point and my whole family went home to sleep . Flavored like a true chef should make it . Salmon was my favorite . Please give my regards to your whole staff , professional and double platinum service !!!! A+ Best Mother’s Day for my wife ever because of you guys . ❤️

This is the first time we have had the Mother's Day brunch buffet at Pomona Valley Mining Company. It was delicious. There were so many types of food to choose from. We were most looking forward to an omelet bar, and we were glad they had one. There were many items to select to have in your omelet, and they were cooked perfectly. We were happy to have the brunch offered both Saturday and Sunday of Mother's Day weekend, allowing more ways to celebrate the special day. We will be coming back next year.

We arrived for our reservation, the Hostess tried to seat 5 adults at a very small 4 top. We asked to be seated an another table, it was early and they were empty. It took several minutes to finally be seated the the table NEXT to the small 4 top. This was great. We enjoyed our brunch, but after an hour and a half we were asked to leave because we had used up our 2 hour limit. We were shocked! It took them almost 30 minutes to get us seated but we were not given the extra time from the Hostess that took so long to seat us. Not good!

Beyond happy with this find , great quality ribeye . All of the food was perfect and really such a cool ambience with a nice view. Made a perfect date night . I will definitely drive that 50 miles again to visit.

The restaurant could use some updated cosmetic renovation. The food quality is the same quality as any average restaurants, typical buffet food. The service is not any better. Slow. Had to asked for silverware’s after the food arrived and the bottomless mimosa is slow in coming. The only saving Grace for the place is it’s location. Everything else gets 2 stars out of five, and that’s just me being generous. My first visit there and most probably my only and last.

First time i went i wanted to sit by the window and they told me only if you have reservation. So the next time i went made a reservation but this time they told me they will try their best to accommodate me. Ended up sitting in the booth away from the window. Very disappointed,

I took my mother out for dinner to PVMC and we had a wonderful time. Our waiter Thomas was delightful. He was informative, honest and kind. Everything from the food to the ambiance to the service was perfect! We will definitely be going back!! Oh and don’t forget to order my favorite drink, “Oh you fancy, huh?” It hits the spot!

I came for my 21st birthday. Our waitress seemed inconvenienced by us. Didn’t feel welcomed. We had to ask for champagne multiple times and for our drinks multiple times. My dad waited 30 minutes for a beer. When we asked about the beer she had a snarky attitude. Won’t be celebrating anything here again. The only good thing was the food.

The hostesses at the front were extremely unprofessional. Did not make eye contact with us at all when we came in or say thank you or have a good night when we left. During our meal, they whispered and gossipped the whole time and rolled their eyes when seating other guests. The soup and salad bar was nice along with the free cheese bread but the main courses were not worth the price at all. There was zero flavor in the food and the quality seemed cheap. The chairs were also extremely hard and uncomfortable. Seat covers or pads would be a nice addition. The view was also way overhyped and when we asked go to the veranda they said it was closed… on a Saturday night?? Overall, it was not the best experience and I have no desire to ever go back.

Our waitress Sophia or Sylvia (older white lady) was very nice and attentive, thank you! Booked reservation through open table and had a really good experience, no issues or concerns, thank you!

Service was great. Restaurant accommodation was outstanding as we added 4 people upon arrival. And outstanding follow up as one of our guests left their purse behind. They called us immediately and so fast they were able to return and pick up the purse. The food also was everything expected. I had the prime rib and scallops delish. Good venue service and reasonable prices

Thank you for making every experience at your restaurant very memorable. My son who is autistic enjoys the view and it makes it much easier to visit more often. Coupons welcomed :) we visit at least 2 times a month. :)

We went for Easter Sunday brunch. As expected, the restaurant was very busy. We had reservations and were seated after a 10 minute wait. It was a buffet so we served ourselves. The food was good and there was a wide variety of offerings. Prime rib was included but I didn’t try it. I liked the wide variety of vegetable dishes and soups. Dessert was also delicious— again a good variety. As always, the views are spectacular. We didn’t get a window seat, but you can see the view from every table.

Our first time joining them for the Easter buffett. Some items were very good other oks. Nothing was bad. Variety a little all over the board. Service was great based on how busy it was.

Too crowded. There were no plates out. Food stations were all over the restaurant and there were so many people it was difficult to navigate from room to room. I also thought the food selection was too limited for a buffet. They also forced valet parking for a fee, which was not disclosed when making the reservation. The restaurant is old and needs to be remodeled.
