Always excellent. The best weekend brunch in Disney area by far. The staff are super attentive, friendly and very well trained. The setting is beautiful on the patio overlooking a small lake. We come here whenever we’re in the area.

Extremely low quality quality food . Mahi sandwich, tacos… all very greasy and smelled nasty. The guacamole even gave my wife the worst stomach ache of her life. It is totally a tourist trap, not at all authentic or even edible. Like going to a crappy roadhouse. Four seasons should be ashamed.

La comida estuvo muy buena pero tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para que la trajeran, por lo demas yodo bien, el ambiente muy lindo.

Such a amazing hidden secret on Disney property. Service was by far the best service that you could receive. Every single staff member was extremely polite, helpful, courteous and humorous. Bottomless mimosas kept flowing without needing to prompt the server for refills. This alone elevated the experience. The only lowpoint was the house potatoes on the eggs Benedict. They were a little flavorless and dried out and not fresh. I would also suggest doubling the quantity of the side of bacon. Two slices for a side seems a little light. Four slices would do the trick. Overall we had an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Normally I would not leave another review for the same restaurant so soon after a recent (prior) visit, but I’m making an exception in this case. Plancha is one of my absolute favorites. This visit started off on the wrong foot, however: the checkin process was the worst ever of this or any other restaurant I’ve been to in some time. Near total disregard to our request for special occasion seating that was made over 2 months prior to the reservation date and confirmed by phone. In discussing the matter with the individual that seated my party (may or may not have been the manager), instead of deescalating the matter, aggravated it. The conversation was as awkward as any I can recall in a restaurant, especially the tone. My belief has been for some time that the podium staff is critical to the impression a customer receives of the upcoming dining experience. That being said, the rest of this visit was great: food, service, bar, atmosphere. Except for the podium intro, this would have been a 5 star visit.
