Pinewood Social is a vibrant restaurant nestled in downtown Nashville's historic Trolley Barns at 33 Peabody Street. We pride ourselves on serving modern American cuisine infused with Southern flavors, offering a delightful range of breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options. Wonderful lunch here today for a girls afternoon. The prime rib dip was delicious ! Excellent coffee and service. Will always come back to pinewood. Parking a little tricky so walk if you can !

I've been going to Pinewood Social since they opened and this has been my least favorite experience. The server was very transparent about not having enough wait staff so it would take longer. That's fine, I get it. I ordered a salad with chicken and it was the worst salad I've ever had. I can't eat cabbage, so I asked for a substitute, they said they would use kale, and I thought that sounded great. But most of the salad came out with Arugula and I hate arugula. Bleh. The greens must have been salted, plus the dressing, cotija cheese, and tortilla strips made for a very salty dish that was nearly inedible. I was starving so I ate it, because it already took over an hour to order and get food. I will start looking for a new place to host my out-of-town guests, I've always loved Pinewood, but lately, it seems to be slipping.

It was just ok. Nothing was bad but nothing was particuarly good either. The service was efficient but not friendly. Some items were whisked away from the table before we were even finished. I think it's a better place to enjoy drinks and coffee and not a full meal.

The food wasn’t that great but definitely not horrible. I got 1 mimosa which was $13 & I also ordered a side biscuit that was egregiously hard and not very tasteful. Overall, the experience was okay.

Pinewood was amazing! Our server was so sweet and my husband has an allergy and they prepared his food away from any other food to keep him safe. The food and atmosphere will definitely bring us back, as well as the entire staff.

Good facilities but poorly managed restaurant. We waited 45 minutes to be seated after our reservation time but enjoyed the outside area while waiting. Once seated, we ordered food as quickly as possible. 45 minutes after ordering, we were informed that one of the dinners 3 guests chose was not longer available so they had to reorder. 40 minutes after reordering, the food slowly began arriving at our table. Menu items were very basic like burgers, club sandwiches and turkey with Bree with fries. Two tables near us left midway through without eating. Waiter was obviously frustrated and avoiding everyone. We were very late for our bowling reservation but they were accommodating and apologetic for the poor service.

We were left waiting 40 minutes for our 6pm reservation. After we were served drinks fast, but it took a long time to get our order. Once order was placed it took an hour to get a beef dip sandwich and two burger. My sandwich wasn’t hot and the cheese burger patties were cold and very pink. We didn’t want to send them back as we were already 2 hrs into our dinner. Very expensive and basically inedible burgers. It’s a shame, beautiful place and good staff. Kitchen left us wanting.

Good service….but…Food is horrible! Not as described in menu. Ordered 3 steaks and all well done as opposed to M-R. Food essentially thrown on the plate. Atrocious wine.

Our reservation was for 6 people at 12:15pm on a Sunday. They were very busy and our table wasn’t ready. We arrived at 12:10 but seated at 12:40pm. Our order was placed at 12:45pm (food and beverage) and arrived at 1:25pm. We were told the validation machine wasn’t working for validating our parking garage ticket and the arm would be raised but when I left the garage the arm was down and I was charged $10. The food was delicious but I won’t be back for brunch.

Meal took an hour and a half to come out. And when it finally did half the things were hot and half were cold. Many people waiting for food. Including a table who waited over 2 hours to get their food.

We waited over an hour after placing our order for our food to be brought to the table. Our server checked on us periodically, but there was never recognition that our food was taking so long. Once our food do come out, only half our table got their food while the rest waited another 5-10minutes. Food was subpar, especially after waiting so long for it. Overall, pretty unhappy with this experience and not worth what we paid. Will not be returning or recommending to others.

Our food took over an hour to arrive after ordering because of a backup in the kitchen. We also scheduled a reservation for outside not knowing there was a much more limited menu out there. The restaurant was very cold but had a nice vibe and friendly wait staff. The drinks were creative and food was decent.

They say us over 40 min after our reservation. They ran out of lettuce, they ran out of burrata.The food took over an hour and was substandard.the mezcal drink tasted like cough syrup. The poor waiter was trying hard. They did comp our drinks. Which was the right thing to do

This was by far the best dinner we had while visiting the area. The ambiance was upbeat but laid back, everything we ordered exceeded expectation and the price point was spot on. Highly recommend!

Food was a little too salty and over priced. I would go for the bowling with the table service. I didn’t understand how to book that online and what it was all about. Needed to be more clear. Especially with four children. Food was ok. It’s a cool space and the staff was very friendly. Probably better in warm summer nights to hang out outside.

Great Venue that is slightly off the beaten path. Lots of space and a cool vibe. Next time we will have to bowl or check out the patio (or even the hot tubs!)

The avocado toast is a joke. It’s a huge bowl of salad they smother in spicy chili sauce and throw maybe one small piece of bread and a tiny egg on it. Not worth $20 and pretty mad about it

The staff was very nice it was clean and very nice inside The scallop appetizer was spicy so I wouldn’t recommend it you don’t like spice but was still very good Highly recommend the club or French dip

They had a catering event at the same time so food was cold, but server tried really hard, Emery was amazing!
