Food too salty for my diet...low salt. Will order entree less salty. Too noisy would prefer quieter perhaps upstairs . Love the water view, and got a beautiful sunset...so Westcoast. Appreciate the parking reimbursement, a nice perk for costumers.

I always love the food but this time I order gf pasta with shrimp pasta dish and over 30% was undercooked and ruined the taste. We used our fork to pick out really hard ones but for the price, pasta should be equally cooked. I realize el dented is popular but it was not cooked even to that.

We really like this restaurant. The ambiance is great, the view is excellent, and the food is very good! Service is good, and the location is really nice right on the water. I ordered the sable fish last night and it was delicious. Had calamari for an appetizer, was very good, I’m not a fan of bigger calamari but I guess we get what’s in season, it was fried to perfection.

We had an excellent lunch! The shrimp pomodore, muscles and Italian Buritta were perfect! All very tasty! Pier 7 has the best view right at the ocean looking out to Vancouver. I have been to Pier 7 many times but not for about a year. The food has vastly improved. Our server was friendly and observant, always checking to see if we needed anything. Bartender really knows how to make an excellent virgin Mojito! Now if only the City of N. Van would put in a few handicap parking spaces close to Pier 7 ie on the roadway before the big crane, then all would be perfect! We will be back!

We were a party of 6 enjoying a soecial occassion. The view was amazing on a beautiful sunny day. The service was very attentive. The menu was varied and our varied seafood dishes were all very tasty.

I made reservations for 345pm, and requested the patio. Arrived ontime, but was told there was at least an hour wait for the patio, and they would not seat us inside first. So we went inside. But within 20 minutes there was many tables open on the patio but they would bot move us. We would of stayed much longer, but we all wanted to be in the patio. So we left , with many empty seats on the patio.

Beautiful view of the working harbour from North Vancouver towards Vancouver. Food was top notch. Our server I forget her name was excellent and very helpful making dinner recommendations and attentive! We shared the mussels appetizer which were perfect. Used the fresh baked bread to sop up the juice. We had the seafood tower all cooked perfectly. Will be back again. It was very hard to fine the closest parking. Not being from the area it was a little tricky getting there.

Came for Happy Hour. Good selection. Had the fish and chips. Lots of batter so it wasn’t my favourite but still good. Partner had the cheese burger. Good drinks. Sat on the patio. Very warm and a beautiful view of the ocean

Menu was changed from my last visit a little over a year ago. I was disappointed. I preferred the previous menu offerings. The heated patio room was too hot. I prefer individual heaters that can be controlled over central heating. Service was good. The place was almost empty by 9:30pm. We moved to Joeys for dessert. Pier seven should consider adding dancing upstairs and extending their hours. Perhaps adding a tapas style menu?

We didn’t have the best service experience at this restaurant. I picked indoor seating and When we received our table (which was outdoors), my partner and I went to the bathroom and when we came back, other people were sitting at our table. This has never happened before. We then got another table, and the manager told us that dessert would be on the house. Usually that information is communicated over to the wait staff which it was not. Food was 8/10, we had the calamari, chicken club and blackened chicken.

Reserved table well in advance for an outdoor heated patio experience- only to be told by the hostess that it didn’t matter - they don’t have a table - then our meal was slow, and we waited on dessert for over 30 minutes - waitress was kind- but I have always had great experiences - not this time

Service was poor. Took too long for our food to arrive. Ordered appetizers at the beginning and did not arrive until after the main course when we reminded our server. Server seldom came around to refill our waters and check in on my table.

We were celebrating my sister’s birthday. I had Steak and fries. Steak was chewy even though it was red. We asked for table outside. As it was cooler outside, the heating was on. Our heads were burning as it was apparently on the ceiling right over our heads. We asked if we could switch tables, it was refused. The server was only able to turn heater on or off, noo warmer/colder option. As a result we had our heads burning or freezing with our coats on. We had issue with splitting birthday girls bill as well. Our server mixed something up that we noticed and she had to refund/reinvoice us. Not a good experience this time.

I wouldn't recommend the steaks. The meat was quite tough and lacking flavour. Their calamari was good , the whiskey BBQ wings as well.

Went on Valentine’s Day to Pier 7 and was honestly shocked at how nobody (mostly management it appeared) seemed to care about anything regarding anyones experience the entire time at the restaurant. We were there for 2 and a half hours and had both our soft drinks refilled not once since receiving them at the beginning. The food was extremely unappetizing and was pre-made as they were using a pre-set menu for the entire night. I was fine with this but what I was not fine with was the fact that the food tasted like it was all made in a big pot and was just reheated throughout the night as once again: it was a pre-set menu the entire night so nothing was being made fresh. (I kid you not, I ordered the steak for the main dish and it came less than 4 minutes later) On top of that, some tables had a rose on the table top but half of them were missing which made some guests not get the same experience as others. The butane tank outside also began to malfunction during our dinner which caused the entire outdoor patio to stink like gas and coal… not appetizing at all. All in all, I can continue to go but I’ll just save you the time and tell you to go across the street to Joeys if you wanna save money and half a way better experience.

We really like this restaurant, if the service is a little slow we just go with the flow as it’s that way everywhere since staff are hard to find. Service is good though, and food great, view and atmosphere excellent. It’s become our go to!

Was a great experience to show our friends who were out of town. We come regularly as we love on the area. We love the fish n chips and ordurves and drinks during happy hour. We don’t exactly like the usual wait times but it’s worth the wait
