The views are pretty cool because you’re higher up and the waitress was very nice but if you’re gonna have such nice views and such nice service, your food has to be to the same standard. I was very disappointed with the quality of food and I probably won’t be back because, while the seating and views were nice if you are paying that much money, you at least expect the food to taste good.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für zwei Personen anlässlich des Geburtstag meines Freundes reserviert. Der Abend war traumhaft -> der Ausblick, der Service und natürlich das Essen. Wir können das Restaurant Perch wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

Everything was good as usual but felt a little rushed by the waitress. I understand they need to turn tables but felt very rushed. Other than that, the atmosphere was great, had drinks before dinner, and sat outside with a view. Was also there a few days earlier and things were perfect so maybe just an odd night for service.

It was my first time, not pleased overall. Horrible customer service and the wait for food was over 30 minutes. Once the food arrived, our requests were not met.

The service was wonderful from the waiter to the manager we went with a reservation at 6:15pm and got seated with an amazing view the manager said it was one of the vip tables and personally came to introduce himself and made my sister a mocktail since we were celebrating her 20th birthday and she doesn’t like sweets. The food was delicious well served very attentive. Highly recommend

Overall not somewhere I would go again. The scene was great, we sat outside which was beautiful but the food and service was not good at all. Definitely wear something warm because their heaters are not helping much. More of a one time experience.

The view is breathtaking! We had the best seat in the house for our daughter's 18th birthday! The food was delicious, even my picky 10 year old loved her food!

My partner and I had an amazing experience at perch celebrating our first anniversary. The staff was very friendly, and the manager JR did a great job elevating our experience and really made it a night to remember.

Really enjoyed. We should have chosen a warmer time because the roof can get a little chilly outside. They have nice blankets to wrap yourself in and will let down the clear shades to block the wind so very nice.

My husband and I had a lovely dinner before going to the theater. The food was delicious and our waiter was attentive. The views were amazing and the interior decor was very European. We’re definitely going back.

My visit to this restaurant was disappointing due to the attitude of the waitress. From the moment we sat down, her curt demeanor and lack of attention towards our table were evident. Not only did she seem disinterested in serving us, but she also made us feel uncomfortable throughout the meal. This negatively impacted our experience at the restaurant and made us reconsider whether we will return in the future.

J.R. and Brett were the absolute best when it comes to hosts and customer service. Both were very accommodating and friendly. Definitely made the experience worth returning to. The outdoor patio area has a very nice view and the food was very flavorful. Compliments to the chef and the rest of his staff on taste and plating presentation. Will definitely come back again.

Tables are uncomfortable - too short, and too rectangular. Could not get my legs under comfortably, and forced me to sit further than “natural” from my date.

We went to the Perch for a Birthday celebration with another couple. We had a fantastic time!! Everyone there, from the valet to the check-in staff was so nice and friendly. We had a beautiful evening and enjoyed the sunset and view. The music started playing at 7 pm and they were great! Our waiter and table staff was excellent, patiently answering any of our questions on the menu selections. I have food allergies and they were very careful to make sure nothing was served to me that would trigger an allergy reaction. The food was delicious and we totally enjoyed our time there. Thank you for a wonderful evening...we will definitely be back and we have already told people of the great experience we had.

We love going to Perch! Excellent food and gorgeous view! My only complaint is that the waiter refilled our iced tea glasses three times--and CHARGED us for three refills! He never even asked if we wanted refills--he just did it! I have never been charged for iced tea refills! It just left a bad taste in our mouths...... Lovely evening and yummy food!

I had great memories of the Perch, but unfortunately, last night did not meet our expectations. The food was just not great. The fries were fully soaked in a sauce that killed the taste of the meat. The meat itself wasn't particularly tender. As for the noise level, it was way too loud, so I'm not sure how other people could have a conversation. We will try another place next time. Sorry, Perch!

On April 16th, my boyfriend and I went on a date at perch LA after making reservations through open table. The service was poor that evening. After being sat at a table, it took awhile to receive water and get our order placed which we understood since they were busy but this continued. We received our appetizer in a decent amount of time and then continued to sit and wait for over 50 minutes until we were able to speak to a different waitress who I guess took over our table. She had placed a dessert menu on our table to which my boyfriend and I were confused because we hadn’t even gotten our entrees. She quickly realized the mistake, picked up the dessert menu, and said our food should be out shortly. After another about 10 minutes we waived her down to see what happened to our entrees we still hadn’t received. She went to check the kitchen for us to see how much longer for our food and she came back out and apologized for the wait stating there was a new chef in the kitchen and this seemed to be a similar problem with waiting for other guests too. We waited about another ten minutes before we once again questioned the waitress about our missing food. The food finally came out about ten minutes after our second time asking. Flavor was good however the Chilean sea bass we ate had bones in it. I removed three bones from my mouth during dinner. In addition, the rib eye steak we received was cooked as ordered medium rare but did not receive time to rest as the steak bled as soon as I cut into it. A manger was sent to our table to try and make it better with two glasses of champagne. In addition, I reached out to management on the website the next day and they continued to message me over the last few weeks that they wanted to look into what happened but never reached back out with an explanation for the downfall with service that night. Not sure I would recommend to other people.
