   Excellent upscale dining experience! Expensive, but superior food, service and atmosphere. Specializes in flambees. Great for celebrations.

   This little gem is one of the nicest restaurants you will ever go to. Large selection of steak, chops and fish entrees all cooked to perfection at your table. Also large selection of cocktails and wine. My wife and I always look forward to going there!

   Our first time at Peppertree, for our 37th anniversary, and throughly enjoyed it!! A bit pricey, but the lamb chops were delicious!!

   Pepper Tree is consistently outstanding. The best restaurant in the Springs especially for a special evening.

   We’ve been going here for 15 years for special occasion dining and have never been disappointed! The steaks are cooked to perfection every time. The new remodel is very comfortable and didn’t change the overall atmosphere too much, just updated and made things crisp! If I had to give anything but an excellent rating on PepperTree, the cocktails and wine are pretty pricey for what you get! $22 for a glass of wine that is barely 1/4 full is excessive! But overall, the experience was wonderful as usual!

    We return to the Peppertree because the food and service are superior. While the Restaurant was nearly full, the staff manning was adequate to keep prompt service flowing.
