Peaks Restaurant- Voted the world's best cliff-side restaurant with a unique dining experience emphasizing fresh ingredients with a fundamental culinary approach. World-class views accompany savory cuisine that will please a variety of tastes. Chef-driven seasonal menus feature Natural Meats, Poultry, Fresh Seafood, and Local Produce from the Coachella Valley. Selections range from a Wedge Salad to a Classic Bacon and Avocado Blue Cheese Burger, Vegetarian Pasta to an 8oz Natural Filet Mignon. The food was good. Our waitress was terrible and very unfriendly. Of course we were a large party and she still got her 20% tip which she did not deserve.

We recommend this restaurant for lunch, as our experiences have always been good ones. The restaurant is relaxed and offers a good view, so plan to spend a little time at the table. We always order a hamburger, which we are careful to specify (and insist) on required doneness (we are "very rare," or "bleu" beef diners), and we've rarely been disappointed (the default is cooked much more, but try to remember to order it exactly how you prefer). The service is professional and friendly (and absent the freneticism often present at other dining spots primarily frequented by visitors). We find cocktails and wine to be comparatively expensive, so we keep that in mind when ordering beverages. As fussy diners (and demanding of good service), we DO recommend this restaurant for lunch (limited dinner experiences, and the dinner menu can be pricey). We're already looking forward to our next visit, which we hope is very soon! We're eager to again experience the great staff, good food, and enjoyable view.

The view is unbeatable and the food was good. Service was pretty good but all of our food came out room temp or cold and it was quite expensive.

The steak is super juicy The corn chowder was creamy And the dessert was fresh and tasty Servers were also very nice and welcoming and good energy

This is a unique place to eat to enjoy a spectacular view from the top of a moutain. The food was hearty, but not particularly interesting.

An amazing experience, recommend for anyone who loves great food and a beautiful wilderness experience. Schedule your day anticipating a 90 minute trip up the mountain, and a similar ride down the tram. Patience and a love for the beauty of the mountains is a key to completely enjoying your experience. The wait staff are attentive, but happy to let you sit and soak in the amazing views of the valley a mile below your table. Would do again and again.

The whole overall experience was poor. The Negra margarita was too strong to even enjoy. The artichoke and spinach appetizer was weird; the consistency was like playdoh. The meatloaf and asparagus ravioli were mediocre. When I was creating my reservation I inputted the reason for eating there was for my anniversary and nothing special was said or created for my anniversary. This restaurant is extremely over priced for the quality of food. Unfortunately I will not be eating there again.
