The service was top quality, the patisserie imaginative and delicious, the savouries tasty. The upholstery was grubby and tired which was disappointing. I appreciate it was afternoon tea but nevertheless as I don’t drink hot drinks a soft drink alternative would have been appreciated and not as an added cost

This was a fantastic treat. We ordered for four but could have easily ordered two high tea for four. It is a lot of food. It was delisious and fun.

Wonderful place to relax and reenergize. Food and tea were wonderful. Relaxed, cozy, upscale ambiance. Staff very friendly and helpful. We purchased several teas to bring home.

Lovely calm cool restaurant after. Great service inventive menu all very tasty. Quite expensive especially if you then decide to add a drink but for a special occasion its ok

Very nice freshly made Club sandwich and super teas for lunch. Scones later were good, too. But the best is the ambience. A great place to have long conversations with friends without feeling hurried off our table. Service was attentive with being overdone.

We celebrated our 1st anniversary with fairy tale afternoon tea. It was absolutely worth every penny. The amount of food was spectacular. The quality and presentation were stunning. Unlimited herbal tea, beautiful selection of sandwiches & little bites. Peacock ally is a lovely, relaxing and elegant setting. The service was really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We would love to try the beauty and the beast afternoon tea next time. We will most definitely return.

We selected afternoon tea service at Peacock Alley, Waldorf Astoria, as part of our honeymoon experience. It was top notch and excellent . The ambience is luxurious. Our server Brianna(hope I’m saying it right) was excellent . She was timely and explained everything well and acknowledged it was our honeymoon. The food and tea is itself was pure art. Beautiful presentation! 10/10. You won’t go wrong here ! Loved it .

Smoked salmon sandwich was too large - half size would be better. scones were excellent and theme was so good. especially like the look of the frog!
