Brought to you by America’s most celebrated butcher, Pat LaFrieda’s Chop House serves up four generations of family tradition. Offerings include Pat LaFrieda’s Original Filet Mignon Steak Sandwich, Pat LaFrieda's Steaks and Custom Burger Blends. Located in the Clover Home Plate Club from Fiserv on the Sterling Level. We offer a special brunch menu as well for all day games.

Guests in the following seating areas are eligible to access the Clover Home Plate Club from Fiserv: All ticket holders for Delta Home Plate Club, Fiserv Suites, Hyundai Club, Metropolitan Platinum Gold and Silver, Field Gold and Silver seat holders.

As it has been from the very first day that Citifield opened (I was there), the food, when you finally got it, was very good...The problem is that it takes so long to get it....It may be that the kitchen is not large enough or that there are not enough people working the room, but every time that I have eaten there (and as I said, I have been going there since the first season, 2009) it takes way too long to get your food...I don't see any reason why, if you have a 6 PM dinner reservation, that you can not get out to the field by the 7:10PM game time....If I have an important client, I am forced to eat away from Citifield before the game....I have written this similar review a few times through the years and it obviously has fallen on deaf ears....

Seated and ordered entrees and drinks at 630. Food arrived at 710. Lobster roll was good. Chips were bland. Ordered medium rare steak. I got medium well and forgot my side. Wife ordered medium well she got medium rare. Risotto was thick, pasty and bland. Brussels sprouts were tasty. Underwhelming experience.

The hostess sat us at our table and gave us menus. We sat there for 15 minutes until I waved at a server so maybe we can get some drinks and place our order. Felt like we were being ignored. The Calamari appetizer came. It was ok, but not very hot. We let it go. I ordered a steak sandwich which was tasty, but the fries were cold and the sandwich was barely warm, but not hot. We didn’t have time for coffee and dessert. Overall the experience was so so……

I’ve been to the chophouse a couple times and although the first time was great, it keeps getting better. My burger was juicy and the tuna tacos were tasty. Although the Mets lost made the trip out to Citi Field worth it

Food was spectacular. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was quick and efficient. The filet minion, NY strip, and truffle mac and cheese were a table favorite. Eating at the Chop House was a great experience and we can’t wait to go again!

Mothers Day price fixed. Best thing was the ceasar salad and tomato and burrata arugala salad. Service was slow even though not busy for a Mothers day night game. The TVs did not have the sound for the streaming game so we missed the opening because of slow service. Burger was awful! ASked for med rare and was well done. Meat had no flavor. Fries were burnt and cold with no taste. Will not be back.

Had a great meal during the rain delay today. Great way to kill time and the food came out quickly, will definitely think about coming before a game next time. The chicken sandwich special was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had and the scallops were cooked perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

This time i had dinner at the chop house. I had an old favorite with a twist. I ordered the Cod with black rice in a ramen broth. It was good but not as good as the Miso Glazed Cod with forbidden rice that was offered 2 years ago. I had that dish 10 times. This time the cod was smaller, probably due to shrinkflation. The black rice were in rectangular blocks and crunchy. The bok choy were leaves on top of the rice instead of full bok choy like in the previous offering. Nonetheless, still the best meal in the ballpark. Dining tip: take the rice blocks and soak them in the ramen broth to soften it. It is a better experience. The staff, the service and the ambiance were great. They treated me like a VIP.

I have been to this restaurant many times and it never gets better. You may ask why do I keep coming back? This is the only sit down restaurant now at Citifield where I entertain my clients. On a regular basis when you order a burger Med Rare at a so called high end chop house it is well done. When I had my first initial visit this year on 4/26 I asked the waitress to be sure that the burgers were medium rare. Her response to me was that they had a new chef and were aware of the issues from the previous year. The burgers came out well done. In addition we were seated at 5:45pm and ordered right away and the service is consistently slow and not served until after 6:30PM with a game start of 7:10. Yesterday 5/2 I again visited Pat LaFrieda's with other clients. We were a party of 4. 3 ordered burger medium rare and one ordered steak sandwich well done. Hard to believe all burgers were well done and the steak sandwich was rare. I spoke to the manager who was very nice and again indicated that there is a consistency issue as apparently some of the chefs must not be very skilled. I am not a professional chef but cook perfect burgers at home. This has been going on for many years now. I would be happy to hear from you on how you plan to improve the quality of the food and the slow service.
