Located on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park two blocks west of New Hyde Park Road. Park Place Restaurant & Bar has quickly emerged as one of Long Island's top restaurants and is open seven days a week. Whether it's date night, a family celebrating an occasion or friends meeting up for a drink after work, Park Place appeals to a diverse clientele. The modern decor, innovative cuisine and welcoming staff has many in the community singing its praises.

Now boasting an outdoor patio that can host up to 120 persons; with three fire pits available to reserve, an outdoor bar and a heated tent. With an outdoor space equally as large as our indoor, we can accommodate multiple parties at a time and/or utilize the event space to our client's preference.

Park Place provides a perfect location for baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, engagements, christenings, communions, graduations, retirements and now Micro Weddings! We also provide off-premise catering.

We had such an amazing lunch for my sons graduation. We didn't know they had a special lunch menu. We received so much food for such a reasonable price. We will definitely come back!

Went to Park Place yesterday for an early dinner. Wanted to make sure that we were able to indulge in the Mexican fare before the Specials changed for the week. We shared the filet mignon quesadilla. The filet melted in our mouths! It was stuffed with all the right ingredients and was accompanied by sour cream and delicious guacamole. For my main entree, I had the blackened Mahi Mahi tacos. 3 large tacos filled with deliciously seasoned Mahi Mahi, mango salsa, etc. Accompanied by Mexican corn. Everything had just the right heat and was so good. Would definitely get these items again. My husband had the Steak Frites and, as usual, it was cooked perfectly and delicious. You can’t go wrong at Park Place no matter what you order!

Delicious! Food was incredible! Highly recommend the Steak Frites, and the Fig Martini is a must have. Our server Amanda was attentive and very very kind. We will be back :)

Get to Park Place before the specials change on Thursday, and try the Rock Shrimp appetizer. Really delicious! Great fried shrimp and fried shitake mushrooms in a Gochujang aioli, with sesame seeds and some chives. Loved it! I actually had this as my main course and had the Clams Casino first, which are always yummy. My husband had the Chicken Rollatini as his main course, which melted in your mouth. He didn’t even need to use a knife! Tender, breaded chicken stuffed with spinach and fontina cheese in a Marsala wine mushroom sauce. He devoured it! As usual, excellent servers and very comfortable atmosphere in general.

We haven’t been here in awhile but returning was an excellent choice. We came for an early dinner and had the Fried Chicken which was good and a hearty plate, my friend had Shrimp which they made special and she loved it. It’s always nice when the chef will accommodate your wishes. Bravo

Server was wonderful. Food was good! Seating is a little tight, we listened to the couples on both sides of us the whole time. The food came out quick too, would’ve liked to have spent more time dining. But other than that, had a lovely time!

Great meal again last night!! First we shared the burrata over grilled watermelon with arugula and a balsamic glaze. The burrata was creamy and very fresh. The grilled watermelon was perfectly prepared and the combination with the arugula and balsamic glaze was excellent! For my main course, I had the Branzino Marechiara which included clams and shrimp over linguine, in a very tasty, spicy tomato sauce. Ate it all! My husband had the grilled ribeye with crispy onions. Cooked perfectly and he finished everything as well. 5 stars!

Back to our favorite place to eat on Friday. I had the Truffle Chicken Wontons first. 5 crispy wontons stuffed with shredded truffle chicken and served with a Wenzel sauce (spicy) on the side. The chicken was incredibly moist and succulent; the crispy wontons were not greasy at all! No grease residue on the plate or on my fingers. Would definitely order this again. For my main course, I had another appetizer, Gamberoni Alla Griglia. Delicious grilled shrimp with just the right spices, grilled zucchini and tomatoes, with basil and oil. Excellent!! The chef gets the best shrimp!! My husband had the Risotto special; saffron risotto with shrimp, chopped tomatoes and chopped asparagus. He loved it and so did I (I had to have a taste). In my opinion, these 3 dishes should always be on the menu 😃 Looking forward to our next meal at Park Place. Never disappoints!

The noise level in this place was way above what is acceptable in a public place. Was seated at a very small table with my wife and could not hear my wife speak. There is cafeteria seating which I was not aware of when I booked the reservation. I don’t know what to say other than I won’t be eating there again. What a difference from their other place. Sorry to say this.

The grilled oysters are on the menu for this week as an appetizer-yay!!!!! I, of course, had them to start and was not disappointed. Perfectly prepared with some garlic butter, Parmesan cheese and a small amount of yummy lemon sauce, they melted in my mouth. For my main entrée, I had the chili lime shrimp skewers over Thai rice with mango salsa and some sliced avocado. The shrimp were, and always are, perfectly prepared. (The chef gets THE best shrimp!) The Thai rice was delicious, as was the mango salsa and avocado. My husband had the Chimichurri Skirt Steak with French Fries and enjoyed every last bite. (Another food that’s always perfectly prepared!) The rice and beans that accompanied this dish was a great side dish and was excellent. We finished off our meals with the best decaf cappuccinos. Unfortunately, I forgot to take picture of our dishes but hopefully I will remember next time. Again, a great meal at Park Place, along with wonderful service.

Another delicious meal last night at Park Place. The chicken Scarpariello was ordered by my husband and he ate every drop. I had the Branzino special which was prepared in a lemon caper sauce. Delicious! We shared the shrimp cocktail which is always great. Finished off our meal with the chocolate decadence cake and decaf cappuccinos. Everything was delicious to the last drop!

We had a glass of wine that didn’t taste right. It was immediately and attentively replaced with a good glass, which we appreciated. We felt completely rushed the entire meal which was so disappointing. Employees consistently were trying to grab plates off the table even with food on them. A server went to clean the table next to us and sprayed cleaner that mister onto our table and our $40 steak. It became uncomfortable. I am a foodie and we drove a half an hour to dine here and I was so excited - but it just fell short for me.
