Le Paragary's est un bistro animé avec une touche californienne situé au cœur de Midtown, à Sacramento. Le menu et les boissons du bar sont influencés par les classiques français, tout en privilégiant les produits de saison de la région. Initialement créé en 1983, le restaurant a été rénové en 2015 : il allie des éléments à la fois modernes et traditionnels créant ainsi un environnement détendu et intemporel mettant en valeur la cuisine et les boissons. L'intérieur clair et spacieux s'ouvre sur le patio de renom doté de cascades, d'oliviers âgés de 60 ans et d'une grande cheminée.

We’ve eaten here probably several times before and it was as always outstanding. The service was great. We didn’t have to wait at all very long for our service to get there and the food was absolutely fantastic. We actually sat inside which was a real plus because it was really windy outside. my wife, Julie had the lamb pasta, and I had the salmon which was outstanding . we are really looking forward to coming there again because because it is always so spectacular!

I like Paragary’s and the waitress, drinks and food were wonderful. The hostess, however, was terrible and really impacted my overall experience.

The service was fine but the food disappointed. My dining partner had the steak and it was way too salty. I had the clams and spaghetti. It was spicy. I guess I shouldn’t complain as it said Fresno chilis but I thought they were mild. NOT.. the dessert was good.. lol. Good thing because we were still hungry. Lemon tart.

Consistently great food. Everything on the menu is good, and the bar is very good as well. Last night’s service was really disappointing. The restaurant was busy but we had to flag down our server multiple times because we just got tired of waiting. He would just disappear for a long time. It really spoils an otherwise great evening. Improvement is needed.

Great food, servers, and ambience. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our appetizer though and the wine came even later. Overall we loved Paragary’s and will definitely be back.

This was a wonderful dinner. Service was exceptional, all of the staff was friendly. The food was delish! We can't wait to return. Beautiful restaurant, not too fancy, but very immaculate and appeasing.

First time visiting. Lovely patio setting. Andrea our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was tasty. Pizza's had wonderful crust and toppings and were the perfect one person size. Smoked trout for appetizer and chocolate dessert for hubby and blueberry/rhubarb galette for dessert for me. I'm a rhubarb lover and thought the blueberry overshadowed the rhubarb a bit. However it was still a great dessert. Would definitely visit again. It was worth the one hour drive.

This restaurant has been a family favorite for 30 years. Consistently great food and drinks. I had the spaghetti with clams last night, delicious. My usual “go to@ entree is the Hand-cut Rosemary Pappardelli with chicken but I decided to try something different and it was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant. It can be a bit noisy but it’s got a great vibe.

Sitting on the patio is always a treat. The hostess was delightful as was our server. We lingered over our meal, well served but never rushed. As usual we ordered our favorites, chicken and gnocchi and shared a Caesar salad. Paragarys never disappoints.

So disappointed. Randy must be turning over in his grave. We have been loyal Paragary’s customers since it opened. We usually love their pizza. This night, the service was terrible. When the pizza finally came it was overdone and burnt. We ordered sausage pizza, it was so salty we couldn’t eat it. It had no flavor except spicy hot and salty. The Cesar is usually one of the best in town. This time the Romaine was bitter and the salad was tasteless . Very sad.

We have been to Paragary’s many times and have always been happy with the food, the ambiance and the service. Last night, the service was horrible. Our server forgot to bring drinks to the table for about 30 minutes, brought the wrong salad, dropped off appetizers without plates, brought food at different times so several family members felt they had to wait as we were not all served. It was honestly not up to the level we expect at this establishment.

I’ve eaten at paragarys many times and generally been very satisfied. We went for a $55/ person Easter Brunch. At that price it should be a sumptuous feast. But what did we get? Three minuscule 2 bite stale pastries shared by 2 people. A decent smoked salmon appetizer but with too much crème fraiche. And cold eggs Benedict with overcooked firm eggs and very little hollandaise sauce. And some potatoes that tasted like they were fried a few days before and barely warmed in the oven. My wife had a beet and asparagus salad that was about 1/2 of a normal salad serving. And done fried trout that seemed like it was cooked, refrigerated and then warmed in the oven. I wanted the leg of lamb. But it was two tiny slices cooked medium to medium well so I passed Who does that to lamb? I’m not going back!

For brunch, it is mediocre at best, when booking reservations, didn’t realize it was brunch. The dinner menu looks promising, so will try for dinner out on the beautiful patio.

Paragary’s never disappoints! We find the menu to always have something that we want to try. Service was outstanding and she was mindful of our timeline but we never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

Other than the bartender and the water server, folks (I.e., hostess, manager, waitress) came off a little pretentious. Food and portions were very average. Not worth the price. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be going there again .

Disappointed they've discontinued the complementary bread service. $12.00 for 4 small slices of bread and $3.00 for dipping olive oil and balsamic seems a bit excessive. Califlower soup was tepid. However their pizza and pasta were great, as usual.

We had a fabulous experience at Paragary’s! Our staff was almost over accommodating, they were all so sweet and attentive and they went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in a restaurant setting. I will be returning soon! Great food! Also a great date night! :)

We had a wonderful meal. Paragary’s is such a nice balance of high end, deliciousfood, beautiful dining areas, and really down to earth, friendly, helpful staff. We’d asked to have a quiet area, if possible, given my elderly mom’s hearing issues, and they accommodated us so discreetly and kindly. Paragary’s is my favorite brunch place!

730 reservations not seated until 815 we had to skip dinner just do dessert as to not miss our B street reservations. The dinning room area odor must have been over the sewer it was bad.
