Le Paragary's est un bistro animé avec une touche californienne situé au cœur de Midtown, à Sacramento. Le menu et les boissons du bar sont influencés par les classiques français, tout en privilégiant les produits de saison de la région. Initialement créé en 1983, le restaurant a été rénové en 2015 : il allie des éléments à la fois modernes et traditionnels créant ainsi un environnement détendu et intemporel mettant en valeur la cuisine et les boissons. L'intérieur clair et spacieux s'ouvre sur le patio de renom doté de cascades, d'oliviers âgés de 60 ans et d'une grande cheminée.

                      Went here for a last minute date night out, and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Food and drinks were delicious! We got the Paragary label Pinot Noir, burata, mussels, the wood fired pizza with peaches, goat cheese, chili oil and basil. Don’t skip dessert, their pastry chef’s creations are delectable.

                      It took about an hour to get our food, but it was worth the wait! I can’t wait to return!

                      Always love coming to Paragary’s to celebrate!! We’ve had Jackson as our server the last few times, he’s great! Dinner was delicious and enjoyable. Per usual.

                      I wish they at least had gluten free bread and pancakes for brunch. The menu looks great if one is not gluten sensitive. It is a beautiful, classy place but offers nothing fir me, food wise, that I cannot get elsewhere. The servers make no effort to suggest possibilities or modifications in the past two Sundays I have been there with friends.

                      There happened to be room on the patio for our party of two! We were so excited. No bread and butter with black sea salt. Very disappointing. My drink order took quite a while and ended up being wrong. By the time I got my drink, it was pretty watery. The meatball and polenta were delicious. We had two caesar salads with chicken. Delicious! Pizza was delicious! Affogato for dessert. The experience was great aside from the bread/butter with salt and cocktail issue.

                      I’m a pasta-lover and their pappardelle with rosemary was possibly the best I’ve tasted in the world!! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in Sac.

                      We love Paragary’s and really enjoy the food and ambiance for an upscale night out. Our last experience was ALMOST great as usual, but the service was definitely off. Our server had to be reminded of two separate items we ordered and didn’t receive, and then brought us the wrong check at the end of the meal. When we pointed it out to the manager, we barely got a “thank you.” The incorrect check was for over $100 less than our check, so I would think acknowledging that we did the right thing would have been appropriate.
