We have been eating off and on for years at Paradise Cove and always loved it and looked forward to going back. This time we went for my husbands birthday. Once we were seated it took about 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Keeping in mind it was not busy. Finally one of the servers ask if we had been helped and we said no. The server apologized and said can I take your drink order and then I will find your server for you. We said that would be great we are ready to order could you take our food order also and she said of course. About 5 minutes later we got our drinks and the young lady came back with our server and introduced him. We got our food pretty quickly and my husband was happy with his my food on the other hand my food was not cooked all the way and after a few bites I thought I better stop before I get sick. We tried to get someone to help us with either replacing the food or something else. After about 10 minutes our server was walking by and we flagged him down and I explained the food wasn't fully cooked. He did ask if I wanted it replace or something else and I said no I wasn't hungry. He did let the manager know and they did discount the meal. I was a very disappointing meal and vibe was not like it has been in the past. I don't think we will ever go back. The other thing is they were not busy and I did let them know it was my husband's birthday and nothing was ever mentioned, The prices have gone up a lot since we were last in along with a 5% sustainability charge and of course throw in the parking fee.

We love sitting in the sand, listing to the ocean and enjoying some tropical cocktails and amazing food. It doesn’t get any better than this! The food is excellent but on the pricey side. You get large portions and the seafood is amazing and fresh.

ambience is always nice on the pacific ocean! Service excellent. June gloom. Take a jacket! The parking is 65 dollars make sure to get it validated.

I have guests who always like to go to Paradise Cove because of its location. And it is pretty fun to sit right on the beach and have breakfast. The food is pricey for what it is, but maybe that's because I just order a Belgian waffle every time I go there. I wish there were vegan options. This last time that I was there, I ordered my usual Belgian waffle, but was given the carrot cake Belgian waffle. I didn't see the waiter again until after we were finished eating. I ate the waffle and it was delicious, but not what I ordered. I let the waiter know that and he apologized, but did nothing on our bill. I think that what I ordered was maybe a dollar cheaper than what I got… I should at least have only been charged for what I ordered but wasn't. I'll go back because of the location, but that's the only reason.

Always a great experience. The setting cannot be duplicated. They are also dog friendly so even better.

While it’s been there for many decades (Marilyn Monroe was a regular) it was new to us. Will definitely be back!
