Very good overall - service was excellent. Prime steak and Salmon was very good. Lump crab Mac and cheese was subpar

Our food, wine, service, and night together was great. Our location was average. We were in the small room to the left. It’s very cramped in there and it was very hot. The room had two tables occupied when we arrived and were seated right by both.

They bent over backwards to make our anniversary so special. We will return again for many celebrations.

The service was great! My server was Daniel and he gave me and my wife outstanding service the food was also amazing, will be back and recommending to others.

My 2nd time here in 3 years. Pappas nails it with the service, outstanding training of the staff and of course food quality. Expect a full restaurant but the employees go out of their way to make each guest feel like a VIP. Dim lighting, elegant and nice and cool added to the experience. The people make the place!

Very good food as usual, but extremely loud dining room where even the waitress had to yell to communicate the specials of the day. Also disappointed that this top notch steakhouse allows such casual wear for diners. What used to be a business wear and jacket establishment has turned into a shorts and tshirt restaurant for some diners. Just changed the whole experience for me.

Our anniversary meal was outstanding. Terrence took great care of us along with the whole team. The only thing that was less than outstanding was we left without our sides, but think it was on us. We told Terrence we wanted the steak bone and meat, but did not say anything about the sides. It was a shame because they were excellent. Great meal and evening!

Excellent restaurant for a special occasion! Everything was perfect and Eric had several tables he was serving , but never missed a beat! He was so polite and attentive. Steaks were perfectly prepared, asparagus and lobster Mac and cheese was delicious! Cannot wait to go back for another wonderful evening.

Pappas Brothers is our favorite in Houston. Perfect combination of history, experience, and culinary delight. On a side note OpenTable requires way too many verifications to leave a review.
