We had a great time. Hostess were amazing accommodating our added guest to our reservation. Waiter was also very efficient and kept up with our party of 14. Fun and friendly. Food was delicious.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our mother. They were able to accommodate 7 of us. The server was very attentive and on top of everything. The food was excellent. Thank you!

Very tasty food with wonderful flavors. People with sensitivity to spicy foods beware since some, not all, of the food at Panda Inn are a little bit spicy. Overall, all the menu items were very good even the ones that tasted spicy. The noise level was good but not great since my group sat next to a table that had a couple of noisy children who had endless energy. Although I must say that the room my group was in was quieter than the larger room that had more people in it. The staff at this restaurant were very accommodating and a pleasure. Keep up the great work Panda Inn!

Love coming to Panda Inn! We brought our family and Jack took care of us. We’re kind of all over the place sometimes and Jack went above and beyond to make sure we all had drinks, hot food, utensils (spoons), and refills. Jack made this experience a memorable one. Our family members were impressed with the food but more with his service. Thank you for taking care of us Jack! I hope Panda Inn knows what a great employee they have and not take him for granted! Will def be back.

The service was amazing! Jack was an amazing server and read our minds! The food was immaculate, even though I have frequented this location often, this recent trip on Sunday 4/7/24, was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at Panda Inn. Everything was amazing and I am not a fan of Chinese food. 10/10 would recommend. I love this place. We ordered the kon pow san yan and the phoenix chicken with some shrimp fried rice and complimentary steamed rice. The fortune cookies to top off the amazing meal. We were sat and dined within an hour and fifteen minutes.

After arriving slightly after 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon, we were seated immediately. We had an excellent server throughout our stay. We ordered egg drop soup, beef and broccoli, orange chicken, sweet and sour park, vegetable fried rice, and honey walnut shrimp. It was a bit pricey for Chinese food, but if you are looking for a fine dining experience, it's understandable.

We were two different family celebrating our anniversary together and we were not treated like separate families and even through we ordered separate checks and lots of food the tables they chose for us and the section the sat us in we were uncomfortably cold by windows and the table was too small to hold our food order and we felt rushed this didn’t make us feel special and we had to asked for a second gift plus we would have wanted to have something offered that would creat a lasting memory. This was good food but not fun. We were crowded the table was too small our knees were touching each others. Too tight to very uncomfortable for us elderly people! This food was great but not a good spot bout elderly people in such a tight space

Used to go to the Pasadena location when I was young. Just as good or better than I remember. Food was great and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.

The food was fine, the honey walnut shrimp was fantastic as usual. Some dishes came out barely warm, and trickled out of the kitchen, the last dish was a full 20 minutes after the first. Our biggest complaint was how SLOW the service was, especially at the end of the meal. We had to ask for boxes and ask for the check, and it still took over 15 minutes. My husband’s cocktail tasted like there wasn’t any alcohol in it and something didn’t agree with him because he lost the entire meal when we got home. Not the best experience.

Overall great experience. Love the food services was fast! My only issues was we were sat so close to other couples. It didn’t feel private. It was not what o was hoping for on Valentine’s Day. But other that that great food and portions were huge! Definitely be back again

Really fun date night spot or corporate lunch spot. The portions are good, the family size portions feed a few folks. Best if you order family style for the table to share with everyone.

We love Panda Inn but usually go to the one in Pasadena. This location's food, staff, and ambience hits high marks, as well. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is our favorite.

Unfortunately, we did not have a very pleasant experience while dining at Panda Inn Ontario. It was very crowded and loud. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. Our service was good with the waiter having a pleasant disposition. Our food was slow to come to the table and an appetizer arrived after our meal had already started to arrive. The overall esthetics were notably lacking, some may find the missing decor refreshing but for my family it was too plain. The feel was more of a cafeteria and the acoustics would be better if there was a bit more decor on the walls not only making it more pleasing to the eye but could possibly help with sounds bouncing all over the place. This made it difficult to hear our waiter and for us to have a low level conversation. The food left more to be desired. We were looking forward to tastes that we are accustomed to from Panda Inn. When Pasadena was open we dined fairly often. We expected the same flavors. The Sizzling Garlic Chicken was not sizzling nor did it have a garlic flavor. This is a family favorite and it fell completely short. The Sweet & Sour Pork was inedible. The flavor and quality of the meat were just horrible. Our waiter ensured it was addressed with the manager. The Orange Chicken was just blah. It wasn’t bad but it was very good, it just didn’t have much flavor. The Pork Fried Rice was decent and the Honey Walnut Shrimp were good. Of the 7 items we ordered to eat, 2 of them were good. Just not the taste or quality we were accustomed to at the Pasadena location. I believe that a restaurant can fall victim to being too large or just too crowded. I’m sure the kitchen was working hard to lump out all of the food they were cooking for the restaurant but the dishes missed the quality and flavor. Our experience was saved by our waiter. He was friendly and accommodating and took care of any issues with tact and professionalism. We would dine again but maybe during the week. Anticipating Pasadena reopening soon!

Very nice dinner, slightly expensive but what isn't these days... seated in a very large, crowded room after requesting a private room for a birthday party when I made the reservation. Server was fantastic, she was accommodating and helpful, great personality, that really diminished the other inconveniences. Long time customer of this restaurant and the service has been great 90% of the time.

Panda Inn is a wonderful Chinese restaurant. We loved everything that we ordered. I especially loved the chicken in garlic sauce, savory and garlicky! We also got the Panda beef, crispy with a little sweetness. Fried rice is a must as well. We will return very soon!

Perhaps it was Sunday and rainy, but both the food and the service were awful!!! We waited 45 minutes for our order and although the plate was nice and hot, the food was cold. When I complained, they microwaved it, as opposed to bring me a fresh entree. It was four different entrees at our table and all of them were drowning in soy sauce. Wow! What restaurant does that? I thought soy sauce was an optional choice for the customer.
