    The Halibut dish was blah. The piano man was inaudible. Could not hear him above the piano amplifier. The waitress Joana was great. It was disappointing.

    Booked a 9:30pm table after landing at O’Hare 2 1/2 hours late and took a 30 minute Lyft ride to get there only to find out they would not honor the reservation bc they had already closed their kitchen at 9:15. The site says they are open until 10pm. If they don’t wanna serve dinner until 10 PM, they shouldn’t offer the 9:30 reservation on OpenTable. Not to mention the hostess that I flagged down at the restaurant was not very friendly or contrite about it. She just kept telling me the kitchen was closed so there was no one to make any food.

    Mother's Day was very busy and they were a little short of staff. Our service Jose was very good and we go to Palm Court frequently.

    We were a party of four, there was an error made on each of our dinners; missing items, wrong items, sauce present when request was made for no sauce. The waitress suggested I keep the sauce and she’d comp me a dessert?

    Food was great. Service was excellent. Huge rain right before we arrived. Two huge lakes in the p-lot. When customers left they had no way of getting to their cars without walking through the lakes. George. You need to spend some money and repair that parking lot.

    Service was outstanding. Food was very good, except that the sauce for the beef Wellington was too salty and ai had to send my salad back rice because it was over dressed.

    The crab stuffed flounder was so soft. We thought it was undercooked on top. It was very tasty, but it was weird. The Greek cheese was great, and the veal limone pretty good but a bit tough. We love palm court so just offering suggestions.

    Sadly, this time our meal and experience was less than expected. It was my husbands birthday and the table was nicely decorated. I had a great pear martini but then things fell apart. We both ordered specialty salads and our meal. After a considerable wait our waiter returned with a second martini, that was no longer frosted and he had no idea someone else had brought my drink. He then said I won’t charge you for this one. that I never ordered. Along with the drink he went to serve us our meal. I informed him we had never received our salads. He apologized and took away our meal and immediatly served our salad, that had been waiting nearby to be served. We had adequate time to eat our salad and he gave us a take home container for the salad I didn’t eat. SADLY the meal he returned with was the previous one that had been reheated, The veal was now not rare and the duck was dried out. All due to the waiters inattention. He had a large table below us that received all his attention. My husband ordered wine with his meal that was never served. Nor was there ever a request if extra drinks were needed. We finally asked a busboy for water. They were serving a birthday dessert to 2 tables near us that had birthdays. Very rushed our waiter returned and said, "you don’t want dessert, right and then although he hadn’t asked handed us our bill and left. We left shorthly thereafter without him ever returning for the bil.

    Music a tad too loud. Received split of champagne to celebrate our anniversary-very much appreciated. Support staff VERY lacking. Had to ask for water and rolls which were supposed to be brought out immediately. Food was excellent. Seemed like the staff were distracted and not efficient as we would have expected for a mid-week. All in all, very nice though and would come again but not regularly.
