Mother's Day Brunch was delicious as usual. The only issue was the service. Our server brought a big jug of water to the table but we had no glasses. We waited so long for him to bring our glasses that we just got our own glasses from the waiter station. He also didn't clear our plates. It was a buffet and we had to stack our plates on top of each other. Even though the food was great, we may need to find another restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day. For the price, I expect better service.

Usually I love Pairings Bistro… but on May 11th 2024 something was off My food was ok… my husband always loves their cream of crab And he enjoyed that… of his 3 courses only that one all 3 of mine were ok … my son usually adores the lobster Mac and cheese… he couldn’t even finish it this time…. Our waiter was horrible inattentive at best …. As if we were there bothering him We are usually extremely good tippers sometimes even 50%tip but this time I couldn’t even do 20%…. I hope it was just an off night for them…. It was supposed to b my Mother's Day dinner… Sorry for bad review but don’t know if we will be back…. Usually dine there at least once a month

Received well by host and served quickly. Dishes were described well by the server, Eric. The Shrimp Cocktail was served beautifully and well chilled. The salmon special was also cooked perfectly and delicious. Always a great experience at Pairings!

Pairings is always top notch. Great seasonal menu, fantastic wines, and great service. Crafty mixologists as well. One of our go to spots for nice meals.

The staff were professional. Our waiter told us the drinks we ordered were on him since there was a bit of a wait. When we got the bill, he charged us for the drinks. I ordered the greek salad that was a special, He gave me the chickpea salad. Overall I thought the food was mediocre and the prices were high for the quality of the food.

It took 30 minutes to have a server assigned, after that good service. Food , as usual, excellent. We sat in the bar for the first time, combination of live music and general noise level made conversation difficult. Renovation and decor are beautiful. One of our favorite places to dine in Abingdon.
