Took my mom and dad here for the Mother’s day brunch buffet and they were very happy with the selection, service and space. It was very busy but we didn’t feel cramped. She said she’s love to come back again.

Our table of 4 long-time friends had a fabulous lunch celebrating a 75th birthday. Everything about our time at P2b was perfect and memorable. We plan on returning to P2b for the delicious food, attentive service and comfortable atmosphere.

I had dinner with a friend last night. We ordered a cheese board for two, crispy cauliflower, and chicken bites, along with hot water with lemon. The cheese board featured 3 small cheeses , not enough for 2 people. The cauliflower was okay, but the chicken bites were dry and salty, prompting us to send them back. Unfortunately, there was no apology or offer for a replacement. When we asked for more water, the service was slow. Upon approaching the person who delivered our food, he rudely mentioned they were short-staffed. Despite there being only 7 people in the restaurant, including us, the service lacked smiles. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Had a lunch with a business colleague and booked this restaurant within the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel. Lots of street parking behind the hotel, so easy to get to. Our server was professional and courteous, gave us some space when we were dining, and came back a few times to check in and refill our water glasses. Enjoyed the Salmon salad, while my colleague had the soup of the day: a ginger squash that he mentioned was perfect for a January day. Was impressed with his order of a regular salad, as it was not a side dish, but was a decent size. Good place for lunch. Will be back, as I saw they have a "happy hour" special from 2pm onward.

We ordered chicken wings and although the were cooked the were frozen in the middle so they must have been reheated. That was enough to not continue our dinning experience. The waitress was nice and said she would send champagne and desert to our room but never did. Won't be returning

What an amazing time at p2b ! We came to Vancouver to celebrate our son’s 13 birthday and Joann and the staff took amazing care of us. The service and food were excellent, culminating in a special dessert treat for the birthday. Thank you for a lovely end to our evening!

Lou our waiter was so outstanding. Very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and super fast. Couldn’t ask for better service. He represented the restaurant and hotel very well. I don’t know if the restaurant has an employee acknowledgement program but he certainly deserves it.

We had Christmas dinner here and unfortunately my expectations were not met. All items were expensive so I would think my Moscow Mule would be served in a copper mug. My husband's margarita tasted like cheap tequila. The gnocchi I ordered for over $30 tasted fine however it was a small amount and lukewarm. Nothing exciting about the expensive salad. The server was rushed and could not take our photo. I'm afraid I won't be returning.

My partner and I went here for Christmas dinner. The service was excellent. We arrived about 40 minutes earlier than our innital reservation and were able to be seated. Food was delicious. Server and hostess were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

My husband had the salmon which was excellent. I had your squash gnocchi which was really awful. I love gnocchi and was very dissatisfied. We would probably go again but no Gnocchi!

Service was ok but not great. The rest was fabulous. Either they were tired or knowing it was a set tip there was not a lot of effort. However the food and ambience was perfect. Again server could have been a lil less irritable but I wouldn't want to work Christmas either! Seemed to be running all over the place and we were definitely rushed put of there.

Server was not very attentive or polite. People who arrived much later than us were served ahead of us. Ironically, the 20+ gratuity that was automatically included to our surprise was lower than what we would have tipped had we had the option.

Our Christmas dinner was wonderful. Appreciated having multiple selections as not everyone wants turkey. The three of us ate every bite and it was delicious, we had prime rib and step-dad had the turkey dinner Service was excellent and attentive when needed We were seated right away despite being early. Will definitely be back for other occasions and I’ve already recommended to a number of friends.

We had a later sitting for dinner and the prime rib dinner that my son got had to be sent back. It was way overdone and cold. They were very apologetic, made him a new meal and they comped it so the service was amazing. The turkey dinner was OK but not special. The soup and dessert were delicious. The servers were all wonderful. We had breakfast the next day and it was very good.

We celebrated Christmas here, took over 20 minutes for someone to bring us water and for someone to take our order. Our waitress was rude and did not help us at all. We ordered a second drink that never came - we decided to leave. We thought it was a good idea to celebrate there since we were staying at the hotel but we were wrong.

It was a beautiful evening for a stroll to P2b in the Pinnacle Hotel. We were greeted by smiling, friendly staff. The Christmas Eve dinner was delicious; holiday decorations and music created a perfect atmosphere. Our server, Candace, was attentive and available when needed. I'll be back for brunch or other meals with friends in 2024. Thanks for giving my friend and I a Christmas Eve to remember.

Christmas Eve dinner was ok. I’m pretty sure they didn’t cook a whole turkey. I think they cooked large turkey breasts, then sliced them. The turkey was ok. The mashed potato was good, no garlic in it, which was great. Stuffing was cut up in chunks that were way too big. The brussel sprouts were a bit greasy. The cranberry relish was way too tart and too sweet. I ordered the decadent chocolate cake for dessert. It was gluten free and vegan. It was not good. It was way too dry, and crumbly with no moistness at all. If it wasn’t for the ganache topping it would have tasted like saw dust. They should have just made a moist truly decadent chocolate cake that wasn’t gluten free and vegan. The biggest disappointment, was the 18% automatic gratuity on the bill. We were a party of 2, so I’m not sure why the gratuity was automatic. I felt because of this automatic gratuity, the service was actually very average and not very personable. We are normally very decent tippers, but felt the automatic gratuity was insulting and presumptuous. I am grateful they were open on Christmas Eve and served turkey dinner.

This bistro is within the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The food was very good, especially the seafood chowder. Fair value bearing in mind the cost of a large city. Seating uncomfy.

Happy hour beer and wine were not only excellent, but very well priced. We both had the mixed grill dish, which was outstanding! Live music was quiet but very good.

We chose this restaurant as it was new to us, located in a great area and with a nice patio. The food was good; my wife's halibut was excellent although I have had better chicken piccata. The prices were fair and the service (our server, Candace) was excellent. It was also my wife's birthday which they acknowledged with a complimentary dessert, Crème Brulé, which was delicious.

The chicken piccata was excellent! The server was prompt but not intrusive. The live music was a little loud but he was talented and pleasant to listen to.

We attended a Mother's day brunch at P2B, and it was the best experience ever. Staff, food, were exceptional. Food delicious; staff friendly and attentive. Will go there again!

Was a great spot for a quiet happy hour on a busy Sunday downtown. Service was excellent!

Communication with the server was not ideal. I ordered a lager and was brought an amber ale. When I told the server I didn't order the amber, she advised that they had run out of lager. That's fine but not checking back with me to see if I wanted something isn't cool. I had food allergies and ordered something I thought would be fine, the server told me she was worried I shouldn't have ordered the item but failed to tell me!!! Perhaps a lack of training?

Lovely hotel restaurant. The live music was a very nice touch. The food was very good and our server, Tatyana, was delightful. We had planned to go out on the town in Vancouver, but the rain convinced us to stay in and we were glad we did!
