Good food, good service, nice experience. It's worth going but I wouldn't do it again for this price. Peak with Pricelless at The Edge is a much better experience.

Hostess was in a bad mood. Sign up said “open at 12” reservation was for 12. Stopped by at 12 and was told they were opening at 12:15. Came back at 12:12 and four tables were seated. Waiter brought water for the table that had a horrible taste. Everything else was great. The initial impression was not the best though.

Getting in is a nightmare, food is mediocre, drinks were bad, service was good. You’re paying for the views… Place has a high priced TGI Fridays feel. Did it once, not worth a return visit.

The experience checking in was a breeze. Know that on your way up you have to go through a 5-10 minute experience before you can get to the restaurant. Hostess was sweet, and seated us quickly. Wait staff was wonderful and attentive. Food gastronomical. Our table has a great view. Only con: noise level is high. Expect not to hear your date. Because it's busy! Pro: you can stare at the view for hours while you wait for food. So noise level isn't a big deal.

4 people, nearly $1000 for lousy food with no ambiance. Thought this was a fine dining experience but it was closer to a diner, and not a good one. Dont get me wrong, I love a good diner but not for over $200 per person. Skip this tourist trap and go to a real restaurant.

Waitress was not attentive as expected and did not let us know we can leave as soon as we finished eating. This cost us almost an hour of time we could have spend viewing the rest of the observatory. We also had to flag her to put in our order, she hardly came to us and checked on us. Service is what really lowered the value of this experience because everything else was really nice.

One Dine is a very surprising gem! The lunch experience includes 1 appetizer, one entree and one drink, but also the entrance to the observatory. I thought that that was already a good deal, until I tried the food, and omg! It was excellent, the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and melted in your mouth, the oysters were excellent, the pork belly was probably the best one I ever had, and also the octopus was fantastic (that one dish is not a big portion, unlike the others, but I was preemptively warned by the staff, and decided to still order it as I wasn’t really hungry). Hague server us amazingly and was really friendly, and had a pleasant conversation with him. If someone is visiting you in NY from abroad, you should definitely consider coming here.

I’m Jonathan Martinez and I came here to dine in with my fiancée for our anniversary and our server, Andrea Lee gave us the best experience possible, the whole staff itself were very kind and the view was admirable and stunning, the price was definitely worth it. Thank you all at the One world observatory staff for this experience.

We came for the Lunch Experience. Food portions were generous. Appetizers were delicious. The cracked pepper chicken was yummy. Avoid the smash burger. Views from the One World Observatory were outstanding. However, the Tables where we were seated (near the front) gave off “Diner/cafeteria” vibes. Our server, Nisha, was Outstanding!

Not my first time here and it's always a hit. I'll be back in Dec. The food, the views, you can't go wrong. This is the ONLY place I will voluntarily drop this kind of money just to eat at.

First time doing the lunch experience with a group of six. Celebrated a birthday and New York. The service was very tentative. Nikki was very hospitable. Overall, everyone to the helpers, hostess, and manager was so positive. The food was abundant and flavorful. We barely could finish the food. Cocktails were on point. Would highly recommend this to anyone. We ended doing the observatory after lunch which was a great experience after eating an awesome lunch. Make sure you alot one and half hours for the dining experience.

Loved the whole experience. Lunch was delish. There were 3 of us and we each ordered something different and it was all so good. Fine dining level food and presentation. Of course the view needs no description. The manager (a gal I forgot her name) was friendly and conversational and made us feel welcome. The waiter was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

It was my mom’s birthday and we had an amazing time. Food & service was great! However, Karen H. Operations manager last time we went there was very rude and unprofessional. I booked three weeks in advance & when we got there it was raining and after spending hours waiting for an elevator to work she told us I’ll refund your ticket but you can’t go upstairs. In reception people before us a minute ahead they were able to go upstairs for dinner elevator was working fine and I feel like discriminated she ignored us completely and all she offered a refund. I planned this dinner three weeks in advance & we were there with a family of 5. Everyone was very upset ended up going to other place where we were treated amazing compare to Karen. I admit weather wasn’t great but lots of people were in line before us which we were able to go to the restaurant. Interesting fact when she told us elevator isn’t working in front of her I got a call from the restaurant wanted to confirm if we’re running late. I said we’re here but she’s not letting us go upstairs. Then she said restaurant is closed meanwhile I got a text saying “your table is ready” I have a proof to show. Whoever is in charge please take action and have a conversation after reading this feedback. I really hope she’ll change her attitude towards others and be more respectful. Thanks

La vista è ciò che fa gran parte dell’esperienza. Cibo molto buono, tutto fresco e ben cucinato. In sala servizio attento, ma forse un po’ troppo frettolosi di mandarti via per riempire di nuovo il tavolo. Molto apprezzato il cartoncino per augurare a mio marito buon compleanno.
