Everything about this experience was average. The views were outstanding of course but not looking at Statue of Liberty and not against a window but back. It was dark and lacked ambience. We finally got a small lamp for the table but it did little to improve the atmosphere. Food was ok but again just average. Next time I will recommend to family and friends to just do the observatory and not the restaurants It needs more atmosphere and service needs to be more attentive. Sorry

Pues primero lo que no me gustó esque lo obligan a comprar un ticket para el observatorio y eso no debería ser por que nosotros gastamos más de 600 dólares en comida y licor y fuera de eso le cobran la subida no me parece toman mucha ventaja y fuera de eso el servicio es más o menos muy demorados para traer la comida y los drinks y el restaurante es pequeño no debería ser tan demorado para todo y con lo que cobran casi 800 dolares para tres

The experience was ok, but the food not so much. Limited menu. Not worth the price. $32 for a mediocre cheeseburger. Even at $20, it’s still would have been a premium. And possibly worth it. Service was friendly and great. All the staff was great.

We booked the Premium View Dining Experience, which came out at just under $500 for two after taxes and their compulsory 18% gratuity. We went early so that we could look around the Observatory. The views from there are stunning. The two drinks included in the package are limited to $23 each in value which gets you most drinks except premium wines and spirits. The food was very good. We had burratta (very good) and pork belly (too much fat) to start, followed by steak frites for a main course, which was excellent and perfectly cooked. The deserts were OK. The ambience left a lot to be desired. There was party of about 14 there who were very noisy (one had even brought a yapping dog) and we were overlooking the Observatory deck, which added to the noise. In addition, there seemed to be some people there just having a drink or a bar snack and on two occasions people paused immediately next to our table to look at the view and take photos while standing over us. The staff were nice but the service was slow. It wasn't a particularly relaxing dining experience and we weren't right next to a window so I think diners with the basic package were no worse off than us. We've eaten in similar restaurants (The Shard in London, CN Tower in Toronto, Sky Tower in Auckland) and all those place offered a genuine, relaxing restaurant experience with tables that gave diners a better view of the outside. My advice would be to pay for the basic Observatory ticket and eat elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing views - not to be missed. A great layout of tables making the most of the view for all diners. A great cocktail list and they were thoroughly delicious. A good varied menu. The food was absolutely delicious. The service exemplary.

As a frequent patron of dining establishments, it is extremely rare that I come across an experience that I wish to forget. Low and behold, I have found one. The "experience" reserved at the ONE Dine at the One World Observatory falls into the category - AKA "Total Tourist Trap". In truth, there is not one positive point that I can state that could possibly redeem this restaurant. At every turn there were service, food and beverage issues that we endured during our "ONE Dine experience" that definitely left a lasting negative impression. Incorrect drink orders, low level quality food delivered cold to the table, inconsistent food delivery timing, an atmosphere of a dismal bus station and untrained service staff who in general were clueless as to their behavior (generally seen in a low-level fast food drive-thru's). Unfortunately, this restaurant location with one of best views of the city, should have a top-notch establishment in place. I found it very sad that this prime piece of real-estate has been wasted. The only glimmer of a bright moment was my conversation with the acting manager this evening who personally witnessed several of the above noted food, beverage and service issues. I did rate the service a bit higher as our server was very sweet and helpful (the back-up serving/bussing staff was atrocious). Although the acting manager was apologetic, I am not confident that there will be an uptick in atmosphere, service or food quality in the foreseeable future. Fortunately for this restaurant, there will always be unsuspecting tourists that will fall for this experience. Definitely this is NOT a spot that I could recommend to anyone I know, nor will I be returning to in the future. ONE visit was way more than enough.
