              Food was top notch and cooked to specification. Service was slow. Took a long time to get some things. I asked for a cocktail with a specific spirit. Server said they might be out of it and asked for a backup. Drink came with the 2nd choice. On my own I went to the bar to check. Sure enough the 1st choice was there. To their credit, they replaced the drink. But I shouldn't have had to do that.

              Didn't live up past visits. We were a Little disappointed with this trip. Wasn't overly busy but everything seemed unusually slow. We will come back, but hope we have a better visit the next time.

              Omg. Burger was fantastic. Cooked perfect med rare. Fresh onion and nice slice of red tomatoe I did no bun. Fries were fresh and crispy. Service was great but he forgot one of our orders and we waited nearly 20 min to get it. By the time it came rest of us were finished. Other than that it was fantastic

              Busy place. Iconic decor. Great location. We had to wait 5 min to be seated. Efficient considering it was Father's Day. The staff was nice and friendly. I ordered Beet & Burata salad and Ruben sandwich. I took salad that comes with it home. My husband chose a crab cake. All were OK. I've had better beet salad and Ruben sandwich. For dessert, my husband had the sundae and I had the super sweet bread pudding.

              We enjoyed our brunch at Old Ebbitt Grill. It was packed for Father’s Day, but even when we arrived 30 minutes prior to our reservation, we were seated in 5 minutes. The service and food was fantastic, all food was cooked as we ordered. Cool history and décor, kids were excited. We definitely didn’t expect it to be as good as it was! We will be back before leaving town.

              Overall good place for brunch. The restaurant is old, dark and moody. Really pretty. We were seated in a courtyard area that felt like the lobby of an office building which was not the vibe we were hoping for. The food was food, drinks also good.

              Food was only mediocre for the price. Steak frite was full of nerves and tough. Mine was overcooked. My husband's undercooked. I have been going to Old Ebbit Grill for 30 years but since the Clyde franchise bought it, not only did the menu change but the quality. The waiters and busboys are very attentive and courtesy. Our waiter made efforts to ensure one of the diners with us did not get an ingredient she was allergic to.

              Great dinner for 4...we each loved our entrees and the service was amazing thanks to our waiter Stephanie. A historically important place with super ambiance and food.
