First time trying Burdicks after WMU graduation. They were very welcoming and attentive, food was good. Would eat here again :)

Normally I’m not one to complain. However, our experience last night wasn’t a good one. No drink refills, cold appetizer, over salted food and a huge table of 15/20 screaming and I mean screaming kids. Several tables were very annoyed that management didn’t asked them to bring it down. It took over 20 minutes for us to even flag our waitress down to get our check. I also messaged the restaurant last night from the open table app with zero response.

Reserved a high top in bar. Was given a low top in a back area with limited access to TVs. Went to watch hockey game that was on a small tv behind us. Very slow service.

Burdicks has gone downhill. The nachos are more like a salad with some chips. The fish and chips is more like “fish stick and chips.” Our waitress was terrible. We think she may have been high. We made a reservation and were still given one of the worst tables in the restaurant.

Very. loud when we first came in, couldn't hear anything but loud music. Service was very slow, food was way over priced I couldn't believe that we were charged so much for what we got. Ridiculous, will never go there again. Service was terrible and it wasn't even crowded.

Waitress Corrine was excellent. The kitchen was slow and prepared our orders wrong x2. Management was apologetic and generously compensated us for our inconvenience. Part of the issue may have been the huge WMU hockey 50th reunion they were catering and the chili cook off earlier in the day. Past experiences at this restaurant have been very good. I will return in the future. Everybody has off days.

It was a Sat evening so of course it was busy and loud. Our server was very cheerful and nice. Stopping by to check on us. We saw the Ch3 News coverage with Andy Dominiani about Resturant week. Since we were coming to Kazoo that Sat we decided to give you a try. Sure glad we did. Had the Smoky meatloaf, which was great. But the Brussel sprouts were tops. Very yummy. We'll be back!

We went to Burdicks downtown with a 4pm reservation. We had no issue getting seated, but the service was very slow. We ordered food (2 adult, 2 kids) and all the food was extremely salty. Near the point of sending back. Then, because we had tickets to a game and needed to leave, we paid for our bill with the waitress without seeing the itemized list. Based on what we ordered, we believe we either did not have the correct amount, or gratuity was included because our bill was $11 higher than it should have been. Then we still tipped on the amount. Shame on us for not looking closer. Will not go back.

Was the start of Restaurant Week so it was definitely a great value. The Server was sweet, but not very attentive. We ordered red wine and she brought us white. We ordered all at once hoping to start with the appetizer which took a long time. As soon as it arrived our entrees came out right afterwards which I was afraid might happen. When we were done we waited for quite a while for our server to come around. She did finally, but never cleared our dishes. I have a real problem with dishes not being removed when done eating. We got the smash burgers and they were vey dry. Fries on the money!! Even though things were off, we still enjoy Burdick's. We also tipped our Server well in spite of the poor service. As I said she was very sweet, just inexperienced. Usually service is top notch. She seemed new to the job.

Most ridiculous set up for a bar I have ever seen. Open tables by big screen that they could not give away????? How do the people after me know that their table by big screen was given to me? Sounds like someone has special treatment why I get stuck in back room!!! Even called and asked if I could get seated in big screen and was told they can't do that. Game was half over and still seats by big screen but could not move my seats there. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BIG GAMES!! NEVER GO AGAIN

Mark was our waiter, he was wonderful! He had a great bubbly personality! He kept our drinks full, checked in with us often but not too much, he gave great recommendations & was a smiley, kind person! Our food was great, there were no complaints. We enjoyed our work party!

We have enjoyed old Burdick’s every single time we have been there . The only thing I could recommend to them is that they keep the southwest egg rolls on the menu . We had them last night and all I can say is they was outstanding very yummy yummy 😋

Our server was Maggie. She was very friendly, attentive and took excellent care of us! She made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our dining experience. Food was hot and delicious. Burgers perfectly cooked to order!!

waiter was nice he kept forgetting stuff but i understand they were really busy. But he was nice and the food was so delicious 😄 People were very loud in the bar area but hey they were there for a good time on a weekend so I get it. Overall I enjoyed my meal and myself and I’ll come back again.

E had an Issue with our order. Two guests ordered the same burger. Food delivered for one was a completely different menu item the second was the item ordered but not as described on the menu ( lacking some ingredients) when this was mentioned to the server, they made some comment about new kitchen staff. They repalced with the correct items quickly, But I think the server should have noticed that they were deliving food not ordrerd. The difference on one was reaily noted by apperance.

Great service! Easy to get your parking validated if you park in their parking garage. It was a little loud but there was a large group nearby that was having a lot of fun. Happy hour is a great deal!!

Kenzie wait staff was great. The large room, as you walk back was very full and loud, and we asked to be seated in one of the booths in the other room, and it was quiet and very pleasant for a relaxing dinner

Picked a prom night so extra noisy! Food was good and arrived timely. Waitress checked us often, it was strange that nothing was cleared from the table all meal, appetizer trays and plates, meal plates and empty glasses.

We had a 7:15 reservation but they sat us an hour early due to rain.. our server was very kind and friendly and on top of things. When we left we realized our graduate left his cards with money inside on the table accidentally. Went back 30 minutes later and they were found in garbage.. we were grateful they sat us early, food was great, server was amazing, and they went above and beyond to help us get the cards back.. highly recommend.

Made reservations to be in dining area and they sat us in bar. Was super loud and not quite what we had hoped. They indicated you have to specifiy dining room if that's where you want to sit. Just a heads up for anyone seeking to go in the future.

The last few times we’ve been here the food has been very underwhelming. Most recently during restaurant week, the food came out cold and overcooked when there were less than five tables seated and at least 10 staff visible in the restaurant. After we were delivered waters we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken while the waitress counted her tips and talked to other staff sitting around. As mentioned, our food and appetizer that came out together came out cold and meat over cooked. The waitress never came over to check on us after finally bringing out the food and then we waited a good 15 minutes after we were done eating to receive the bill. On our way out of the restaurant we walked by the 10 or so employees sitting around up front and over heard them complaining about their jobs and customers. Not a great experience at a restaurant I previously would frequent and enjoy.

We had a reservation at 7:30 which we got right in, we had a show at State theater to go to so we felt confident. It took a long time to get our drinks ordered and an even longer time to get our food ordered and then we waited a very long time for the food which was luke warm at best when we received it. We also had to ask the wait staff to check on the food as we were going to be running late for the show at this point. She came back with our lukewarm food and we had to rush to eat it and ask for the bill right away so we could pay while eating. The wait staff was apologetic so not sure if it was understaff issues or just way too busy. Either way we were disappointed.

Extremely loud. Poor service. Food was ok. Having to scramble in between people seated just to get to an aisle is frustrating. (Bar area seating) The food came out quick which was nice-Thanks only to a manager running food... Our server was no where to be found for most the visit. Drink order was wrong and he said it was too busy to get a new one. Overall a D+ experience. Wont be back for a while😕

The staff in this restaurant is so kind and so helpful, honestly could not ask for better . A friendly place and food is always good and plently of it.

Excellent service from our waitress Emily. Seated in an area away from the bar were the noise level was moderate. Food was excellent.

We were able to get last minute reservations for Valentine's Day. Our server was very attentive. They had a nice variety of beverages and food choices and the food was delicious.
