The service and food was great! We had a party of 7. They wouldn't create more than 3 checks, which isn't disclosed beforehand, so beware. We worked it out though.

We had a brunch reservation for 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). There was something for everyone. We were upstairs and the seating was perfect for us. It was quiet and the food was good.

The food was not great, the server we had was incredibly rude, very short with its at dinner, and the Manger was not any better steak want cooked right, drinks were seeing the whole experience was terrible

So honestly, it pains me to write this review because I have been visiting this restaurant, since it first opened in the neighborhood of Southern Highlands back years and years ago. It was my husband and I’s favorite place to get chicken parm for all of these years, but the last time we went, the chicken had that awful, rubbery texture. I have never had that problem at off the strip before until the other night. It was so disgusting that I could barely touch it after the first bite. My husband actually tried something new, the beef stroganoff, which he said was really good. Overall, my review of the restaurant is that (with almost every place in town), the prices have gone up while the quality has gone down. The manager, Tanner, was really nice and took it off our bill, thankfully. Our waiter did say that they’ve had several complaints that week of the chicken being that horrific texture as well.

Thank you for your feedback. I have discussed with the Chef, same chef as Southern Highlands, to identify the issue. Our chicken is all brought in fresh, not frozen. We have been buying the same chicken as we always have, so we are at a loss as to why this has happened. We are reviewing procedures and cook times with the culinary team.

The bar was almost empty when i arrived, even so the hostess gave me 2 options of table to sit, in spite of i said her where i would like to stay (no one of the 2 tables she indicated me). Detail: when i done, the bar still was almost empty. About the food: one unseasoned sandwich that i didn't eat it all

Our bars are first come, first served. We also provide full service a full menu at the bars. I have to believe there was a communication error as we would not ask you to leave the bar, if you wanted to sit there.

Overall positive experience. Friendly server. Food was good. My fiancé and I shared the spaghetti and meatball and a shrimp cocktail appetizer and it was plenty of food. I did splurge for the brûlée cheesecake and it was delicious.

Prices normal for Vegas. Excellent food and efficient and fast delivery of food. Convenient location in the Linq Promenade area

The lobster ravioli was more like lobster bisque… way too thick and rich, with no chunks of lobster. The espresso martini was delish. Server was great with our big part…. But overall just meh for Vegas.

Thank you for your feedback. Our lobster ravioli is a fresh made pasta filled with lobster meat. The meat is shredded, so it is not chunks. Our sauce is made in house and is a thinker sauce which stays with the pasta and does not run off like water. There are no lobster pieces in the sauce just in the ravioli.

We have been here a few times and it's pretty consistent. The goods....food was very good - large meatball (get an order of the fresh baked bread to go with it), the wedge salad (it was huge) and we also shared the pot roast sandwich (it was good but a bit dry, needs some auju served with it.). We sat outside, great place to sit and watch the people. The bads...we sat outside, it was a bit chilly, they had a propane heater outside but when we asked to get it turned on, we were told it did not work. Waiter started out strong, but forgot about us at the end and I had to go and hunt our check down. They also require a credit card or drivers license to be left at the front for those dining outside. That's fine, but no one brought me my drivers license back at the end and I had to go back to get it. Need a better system to ensure it gets back to the guest. Overall though, we will return on our next trip.

The food was wonderful and the server was really nice however, since he was alone there was a little slowness but overall he tried. I ordered the fried shrimp it was so fresh and I ordered the two eggs breakfast meal which was also very good. I do recommend they have food covers when transporting the food in the service elevators as we saw food exposed openly which can get dust or germs in your food.

We have been here several times and always have a great dinner. We always order the same things since we like them so much but I think we should try something else sometime. But "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" The service is almost always great except for one time that we were upstairs and our waitress didn't seem to care. We didn't get our drinks until over halfway through our meal and she was very inattentive. But we've probably been there 6-7 other times and those times service was excellent and the food and drinks are so good!

First time in Vegas and this place was great. Service was fast! Our waitress Madison was a delight and very attentive! She really made it a great experience.

Friday morning brunch, using our Total Rewards points. We kept it simple, pancakes, a burger and mimosas. The service was great, water glasses filled on a regular basis and the food was tasty. I thought the prices were very reasonable given the portion sizes and the quality of the food. We would eat here again!!

Phenomenal was the word we used after this dining experience. actually after one bite into the beef Wellington was all it took. The waiter was outstanding, the vibe remarkable, one of a kind dining experience. 10/10 would return and recommended.

Made reservations. Got our table fast. Server was awesome and attentive. We got our food at a reasonable speed. Burgers were pretty big, and the fry’s though not salted were awesome.
