OMG!!!!! A fantastic meal. The seabass was phenomenal. The crab cake-I can’t say enough about how good it was. They are also opened for lunch so think about it. Fresh seafood, excellent service -who can ask for more.

The Oceanaire has long been one of my favorite restaurants. The service is exceptional from the moment you walk through the doors. On my latest visit for lunch, we had the pleasure of being served by Destiny, whose professionalism and warm demeanor more than upheld the Oceanaire's high standards for excellent service. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her genuine enthusiasm for ensuring we had a wonderful time was evident throughout the meal. As always, the food was incredible, fresh, and expertly prepared. Dining at the Oceanaire is an annual birthday tradition for me, and this visit reminded me why I keep coming back year after year. I've decided to dine there more often for special occasions and as a lunch destination.

The food , ambience and our initial wait staff service was amazing! I think there must have been a shift change and her co worker seem to be rushing us to get done. So overall experience was great with that minor hand off.

Our party of 8, reserved a table to have our Mother’s Day celebration meal here nearly a month in advance, very disappointed is an understatement. It will be a long time before trusting to dine here again for a special occasions. Personally, my husband and I have visited here at least 4 times in the last 6 months with no incidents, and great service. However, on this Mother’s Day the meals were served cold to lukewarm, service was slow and awful. And the manager, although a discount was given for the terrible service, he was very aloof and disingenuous about correcting severe issues with service, and food being served lukewarm.

Our server, Janelle, was wonderful and took very good care of us! Enjoyed our meals, especially the crab cakes- will have to come back for those! My only suggestion would be to validate parking in the garage. It was $16 per vehicle for a few hours and with multiple vehicles for our group it added up.

This is the first time in almost 15 years I have every had to rate a food item less than a 5. The calamari was over cooked, hard fried and dry. And, there was more chunks of hard fried breading than calamari. I was shocked.

All of our meals had to be sent back. The steaks were raw… the fish was overcooked… and the side dishes were all cold. For a 7pm reservation, we finally had all our food recooked at 9pm. Very disappointing

It was a great experience for my mom and I. We were celebrating my mom’s 75th bday! The food, surprise bday dessert, ambiance and service was amazing!

Portion size for oysters rock was not worth it. Very small oysters. Chilean Seabass was bland beyond lump crab topping. Calamari was fair. Service and wait time for food was long. Drinks were great! Server friendly & hospitable.

Food is consistently good. Menu has been paired down, with all the favorites still there. But food and service are always good. Prices continue to creep up, but that's everywhere I guess.

Food was good, my problem was that I closed out the bill and we never saw server again until I said something. We were there talking and still needed waters and no one came. Just disappointing when you drop a quick $1k for 5.

My green beans were a bit over cooked, but I thought it would be petty to take a star away for that. The fish was excellent. The service was world class. I recommend a visit.

I dined at the bar where Brittany provided a pleasant, customer focused experience. I enjoyed a draft beer, 6oz. filet mignon, & creamed corn. The food was cooked perfectly to order and delicious. Thank you.

The waiter was very rude and inattentive. My food came out late, and prepared incorrectly. Although, he sent it back to get prepared correctly, there was no apologies or concern given. Especially, since it was known that I was celebrating an anniversary! I didn’t want to complain, or ask for a manager. But, it was a very unpleasant experience. To add the waiter never came back after I paid. Although, I still tipped him well, it probably wasn’t what he was expecting to receive. So, I’m assuming he wasn’t pleased, and didn’t care to see if we needed anything else, before leaving. This was my second visit to this restaurant, but my first visit was much, much better.

I went for my birthday and the staff made sure I felt special on my day. I even received a menu as a memory of what the menu was for my day. Our waiter Murphy was attentive and made sure our experience was all that and more

This is one of those restaurants made to impress the non-sophisticated. It does have a splashy environment, but not refined. The food is not differentiated and as a matter of fact not well prepared, especially for the price. The fries for example were extremely salty. Very disappointing and expensive for what it is

Our reservation was to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary. We must say that the restaurant and staff went over the top to make sure it was oh so special. Loved our surprise gifts: a menu with our anniversary date and the Baked Alaska. That was HOT!!!

Oceanaire Seafood Room was a great experience. We were exceptionally cared for and the service was above standard. Our waiter Jason went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food came out hot and the steak was seasoned to perfection we ordered the 22 oz ribeye, truffle mashed potatoes, and garlic green beans. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

The restaurant appearance is pleasing and romantic. The service was good and could have been better if the waiter checked with patron concerning refills. The grits and shrimp that I had was flavorful and warm. You only got 5 shrimps at a price of about 38 dollars or so with a moderate amount of grits. The clam chowder was really not and tasty. The salad my fiancé ordered was awesome. The calamari was good but the last 5 or 6 were cold to me. The biggest disappointment came because there is no valet parking and I parked a distance away in order to get free street parking on Sunday. The waiter could have been a tad bit friendlier.

Overall, our experience could have been better. Murphy, our waiter was a bit insulting. He was so extra and made us feel like we didn't belong. Mentioned that we haven't dined here since 2021 and things change when requesting sweet potatoes souffle. It's on the menu online, and our reason for not dining at this restaurant is because it's better options nearby and always empty when we dine. Told us we couldn't order alcohol beverages until water was on the table, by LAW. Never heard this before. When I declined a second alcohol beverage, he stated I couldn't handle another one. When ordering water, he stated we requested the faucet water as if we couldn't afford bottle water. I could go on and on about this guy. My daughter joked about this character all night long. Overall, my wife salmon was room temp, my steak wasn't cooked to temp, I had to request bread twice, and butter was frozen. Maybe I would have mentioned this to the manager, but they never came by to see how things were going. In closing, it's a reason we haven't dined here in a while. Unfortunately, it will be longer for our next visit if at all.

Poor service; server was not attentive. He hardly interacted with us. Lack of knowledge regarding the meal and products that were available. I ordered a martini which was brought to me halfway full. The steak was dry. We ordered a bottle of water ($9) which He placed it on another table and this lady later on grabbed it. My husband had to get up and say “excuse me this is our water”.

Jaimee was an amazing waitress! Very attentive, very courteous, and was always willing to accommodate. Her hospitality was great and her personality made the experience even better. I would definitely be waited on by her again. 12/10 she made my friends and I Valentine’s Day experience amazing!

We had reservations for 10pm on Valentine’s Day we arrived about 5 minute late there was a overflow of people at the host stand once checked in the host told us we would still have to wait a hour despite our reservation. We ended up having to wait over an hour once seated they were out of basically every dish. Our server was very nice and tried to accommodate. The managers on duty tried their best as well. The host seemed to have an attitude and was very rude and condescending. Wasn’t a good experience or wasn't worth the value.
