With a 4 course meal we didn’t expect 3 courses of deep fried crab. Soup to start. The only veg in sight was a few cherry tomatoes and a dash of micro greens. We were expecting a more balanced meal. Pretty weak. We wished we had ordered off the regular menu.

Food and ambiance can’t be beat. We enjoyed our lunch at Oceana!!! Will be back soon for their Sunday brunch!

The service was amazing. The food itself was ok. Views are gorgeous. Will try different food next time.

To be fair on my ok review, it actually ended up being a review of their bar menu next door to oceana but we thought we were booking oceana which is the whole problem we experienced with this booking. They called us to say they needed to move the time of the res due to mothers day brunch ending at a certain time which we could not make so they said we could still come and order off the regular lunch menu but neglected to tell us it wouldnt be on the patio at oceana anymore so we were out in a hallway patio with the bar menu next door to oceana - not the same at all! Dissappointed as we wanted the patio view from oceana and I would still like to try it but now hesitant.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Staff, venue, outdoor seating, food and beverages were excellent. Shrimp ceviche, scallops and swordfish meatballs were thoroughly enjoyed. The entire professional team works hard to meet your needs and we had a great evening. Will return.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely seafood dinner on the outside patio. The scallops were perfect, and so was the ahi. We asked for bread as a starter, and it was a great prelude to the rest of the dinner. It would have been a nice gesture to comp us a drink or dessert after a persistent sea gull took a large piece of ahi right off my plate! My meal was replaced, so I appreciated that. But it was a startling experience even though we got a good laugh. We would definitely return.

To be honest, our first time experience started off rough. The host was wonderful and sat us by the water. But we sat for a long time without a server to greet us. Multiple servers passed by looking at us but didn’t stop to ask if we have been helped. We hadn’t. Finally, after around 15 minutes I asked a busser passing by if we had a server for our table. They went to check and a lady came over saying that we were put in a section where the server was on break so she would take over. She was very sweet but beverages took a while (the first round) but she kept coming back and checked on us during the rest of the dining experience which made up for the faulty start. Working for a restaurant myself, I would hope that since the same two servers looked at us multiple times, one would stop by and ask if we’ve been helped. But since I flagged someone down, our service improved. Since it was a buffet, there isn’t much for a server to do, so I just feel that maybe employees should be trained to greet a table that looks like they were not being helped and just ask. It was our first time there and we were not sure what to do. Communication is key. The food was great and we ended up enjoying the end of the experience with the server that took over. I would like to thank her but she was also one of the servers that looked at us multiple times without stoping by to ask if we’ve been helped. Maybe additional training would help. We will be back for the fantastic food and view of the bay.

Disappointed in the food and service. Waited over an hour to be served our entrees and they tasted like they had been sitting under warming lights for a long time. Also didn’t like the fact that they allowed dogs at the tables in the restaurant especially when they were barking at each other. Would not eat at this restaurant again
