I have been to many fine dining restaurants with great service but Ocean Prime exceeded them all. Host, server were extremely friendly and helpful. My pork chop was under cooked. They couldn’t have been more concerned. Manager came over to apologize. Normally when you send food back to cook it more it comes back incinerated but it was cooked perfectly. They also brought an extra side dish of scalloped potatoes and also a free desert. Will definitely be going back.

I surprised my boyfriend with a reservation at Ocean Prime and it was such an amazing experience. The food, the service, the energy and atmosphere. Edison our waiter was incredible and we hope to return to the patio next time when the whether is nicer.

Ocean Prime is always such a wonderful experience. We were celebrating a college graduation and they made us feel so special - from bringing everyone a glass of champagne to toast to including a special "Celebrate" chocolate in the dessert. Would highly recommend for a special night our to celebrate a special occasion.

Ocean Prime is a great spot for a business lunch with any size group. We had an extra person join us and the staff was very accommodating. Our server, Jesus, was friendly and kind. The food was delicious and lots of options to share amongst a large group.

We eat here all the time you don’t eat in a place like this it’s not cheap all the time if the food and the service is not excellent in today’s world nothing‘s cheap. This is one of those places that’s worth the money.

I was celebrating graduating for my Masters degree. Bridget was my server. She gave my guests and I the best experience. The food was amazing. It was full of flavor and fulling. I had the crab cake as an appetizer, the teriyaki salmon as a meal and for the sides we had broccoli, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and mac and cheese. Everything was great.

Great vibe but something was off with the service. It seemed like we were an inconvenience or an after thought. We had a team of servers covering our table but clearly it wasn’t working. Lots of attitude and confusion. Could have been great.

Our waiter Ilir was a fabulous waiter with perfect service great recommendations. The owners son Charlie came out introduce himself to use and chat a bit also to make sure we were have with food snd service . We couldn’t recommend the restaurant more highly ! Absolutely one of the best places we have dined !

Absolutely, LOVE the Ocean Prime NYC location. It’s been my go to for the last five years. The staff is phenomenal. From Managers Besfort and Nicole Brito to servers Gela, Victor, and Arghtu (R2D2)- they’re all so remarkable! They not only remember me by name but always make it a point to come by and say hello to me and my guests. Not to mention just how much they go above and beyond for guests I refer to them. That level of care and service is so rare in NYC. Ocean Prime is simply the best! I will always highly recommend them to any and everybody looking for a “good restaurant” in NYC.

Ocean Prime is one of the few restaurants in NYC that never disappoints. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and service are all top notch. It is one of my few favorite go-to restaurants in Manhattan when I want to impress friends and customers. Keep up the great work !!!

My wife and I made ocean prime our go to spot because the food is fresh and amazing. The appetizers are fulfilling and plentiful. The ambience is very nice. The restaurant temperature is very comfortable to dine. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and proactive. The one thing I can appreciate, is when the wait staff have had selections in the menu and make honest suggestions. Thank you to the staff for the great service.

The prices were high, but the service and ambiance made up for it. The scallops were fabulous and my husband enjoyed the seafood pasta. We both had the Ocean Prime salad which was a bit mediocre for the price. The bread basket was fabulous and the service was exceptional.

Enjoyed having a wonderful meal just before an evening show. Everything was delicious and although the atmosphere matched our efforts to have a formal experience, the table next to us did not match that expectation, in their attire or volume. This was the only challenge we had. Loved our meal!!
