Mikayla was an awesome server! She catered to my grandmothers dietary restrictions and even made her a custom drink so she could enjoy it!

We had a great waiter who was very attentive to us throughout the meal. The food was delish but we had to take home doggy bags becasue there was so much food! Keep up the great work!

I love Not Your Average Joe’s. It is my go to casual dining restaurant. The food is very good and the drinks are very good. Service it’s always good and always comes with a smile. I have never had a bad meal there.

While the food was terrific, the service was really slow and bad. We actually saw the manager and host more often than our actual server

Table was ready when we arrived. Server was kind, attentive and a good listener. We liked him a lot! Food was really good...we even ordered the peanut butter thing for dessert and everyone loved it! Cocktails were creative and delicious. Eating out is so expensive these days - we have to say that the food was great for the price and the service was awesome. Was a great meal - we'll definitely be back!

Nice place to go for great food and service. Choice of sitting in bar area (and watching games on tv) or in dining room. Both very pleasant. Have tried several menu items…all are very good (especially mustard crusted chicken or haddock).

We had a reservation for a party of 4 and were seated as soon as we arrived. Wait staff was very attentive. Service after ordering was prompt and accurate. We enjoyed the variety of the menu which allowed everyone, including a vegetarian, to get a meal that satisfied their particular cravings.

Excellent for a casual meal. Food is good, well prepared, plentiful and not overly sauced , salted or spiced. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Salads are nice and fresh and house dressing outstanding. All diners are served large squares of restaurant's own onion focaccia with dip of olive oil mixed with ground parmesan and touch of chili flakes.

Always enjoy our visits to Not Your Average Joe's. The food is great. Do however miss the sea scallops. Really loved them.

Cheese dip and bread were plentiful. Great menu and mocktails were delicious. Our party was happy that the tomato soup was back on the menu.

Nicole was outstanding…she was attentive, friendly and well voiced in the menu and the brand. I used to be a “frequent flyer.” Your pricing (significantly up) and lack of happy hour menus are a deterrent. Seasons 52 has won most of my dining dollars. The menu and value are better…. Karen

Killer bread and dipping oil to start and then all down hill. We had poor service, with very long periods of being ignored when we needed things, such as to swap out a frozen beer, bbq sauce, refills on drinks, to return undercooked meat, drink made with missing spices (They had run out after the first drink)and then a poor apology on the part of the manager. They did however take 2 drinks and the remade meal that they had to box because the other 3 people were finished, off the bill. Two meals-the chicken parm and the sweet and sour chicken bowl were excellent. I doubt we’ll ever be back. Disappointed is an understatement.

Not Your Average Joe's is a regular stop for me. I love the rolls and the Chef's Jambalaya never disappoints. Our server, Huldip, was very charming and attentive.

Not your Average Joe's Burlington is a great spot for groups to get together and actually be able to talk. The noise level is on the quieter side, so it's a great, relaxing, welcoming environment to eat & visit with friends. Our food was excellent and our waiter was fantastic! He came by often enough to check on us, anticipated what we needed (more napkins, more water, etc.) before we even asked, but it wasn't too much either. He was able to answer any questions we had about the menu, and given our luncheon was running a bit long, he pro-actively told us not to worry and to take as much time as we needed. He was just perfect!

Always enjoy my NYAJ's meal. It starts with the delicious bread served with cheesy oil! I could make a meal of that! My burger was good- cooked to specifications. The fries (sweet potato) were delicious!

It was just my girls and I going out to eat!!!! I would definitely go there again. The food was great.

We had a pizza with chicken topping, it was excellent. Max was our server, friendly and quick. The food hit the spot!

Our server was inattentive. We sat for 10 minutes with no one coming to our table. My husband got up to tell someone. Then, after another few minutes he came over. We decided he must be new, but it really affected our whole experience. Dirty dishes not cleared. Beverages not delivered in a timely manner. Water not refilled. He did not come over to check on us. We had to ask another server to send him over so we could get more water and another glass of wine. By the time he came over, we had finished eating 😳 We have been there other times, and it has always been very good. This was unfortunate.

Food was great, I have a gluten allergy. Ilove the bread with dipping oil and carrot cake. I wish you had more rewards. I used my birthday rewards.

The food was fair at best. We had French Onion Soup, caesar salad with salmon and fish & chips. The portion sizes were fine. We had a new server who was excellent.

Server was pleasant and friendly. He made the visit so much better with his attention and kindness. I wish I could remember his name because he was wonderful. I hope I get him again as a server the next time I go.

Hamburger was sent back because it was cold. When it was redelivered, it was good. Other food was good, too. Biggest problem was the service. They were rude, indignant at a request for ketchup, removed our silverware inappropriately. Just a very unpleasant experience.

It was really a little less than an average Joe. Food was bland, service wasn’t great and it seemed pretty lightly attended for a Friday night. One plus was that the mark up on wine us reasonable. Probably not going back.

Finally had a chance to try the pizza and it was very good! Complementary Bread is definitely a must have! Drinks are always fresh and good. We look forward to our next visit.

Agyer a number of visits in various places, I finally got to try the Korean beef and noodle dish. It's been unavailable or out for the last 3 times I visited a NYAJ restaurant in various places. I was so glad to finally try this. It is my favorite dish on the menu now. I love this meal!!! Blend of flavors and textures is perfect. I would add a little more broth to the meal to make it perfect. It is similar to a Ramen bowl with very little broth. My friend got the glazed salmon ... He loved it as well.
