Cannot thank North Italia and our server Troy enough for the outstanding service and hospitality. I want to especially mention Ray who treated me and my friends to a round of dessert and for making us feel so special. We love coming here and cannot wait to return.

Every part of our dining experience met or exceeded expectations. Our meals were timely and delicious. We had an awesome bottle of wine from their very reasonably-priced selection. And the new butter cake desert was amazing. Highly recommend for a date night or family meal. The ambience was well suited for either.

Reservations are definitely recommended if dining on a Saturday night. Lots of large parties going on, so noise level was pretty high,but, food (chicken parmigian) was very tasty and plentiful.

This was our first time here and let me tell you. From the minute we were greeted at the door, it was excelent service all the way to the end. We had reservations and we got seated immediately. Our server turned to be Raymond from New Mexico. His service was pure excrlence, I can't remember when was the last time we got that type of service. He made sure we were having a good experience and even his manager Armando came over to introduce himself and greet us. The food was amazing as well and didn't disappoint at all! We will be going back for sure and I would really recommend to ask for Ray if he's working when you visit.

The ladies in the front were not very hospitable, welcoming, friendly, positive, or helpful. At one point, I was under the impression that one of them was going to assist us with a birthday request, however that same person, minutes later, very rudely informed me, at my table (which is where the birthday person was seated) that she can no longer assist us with the surprise and basically at that point completely ruined the surprise. I tired to explain quietly that we were trying to surprise someone at the table so that she can at least try to play it off, but she completely in an apathetic way repeated herself in front of the person we were trying to celebrate. That first 10 minutes of arriving at the restaurant ruined the mood and my impression of the establishment. We worked so hard to keep a surprise that was ruined right there at the table by one of the staff. The server, on the other hand, was the opposite experience! He was full of wonderful attention, service, and positivity. He was extremely skilled at his job and actually knew what customer service looks like and executed it extremely well. In fact, he totally saved the experience for us. The server is the primary reason for the rating being above what it would have been otherwise. Good job hiring such a proficient server! He is such a great asset to the restaurant and was truly a pleasure to interact with. I advise that you either train your front staff or hire new greeters/hostesses. Those three ladies don't have an understanding of what it looks like to be in a customer service industry (especially in a time where that is struggling).

This was our first time dining at North Italia and it was a delicious meal. The pesto chicken was absolutely scrumptious and "The Pig" pizza was fantastic. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
