Its a little loud and the tables are too close together but our server was excellent. Free Caviar and bread to start us out and very patient with my grandmother. He was very patient with her and us and had great recommendations.

                                                                                                                                We arrived at the restaurant and we're seated promptly. Our order was taken for appetizers shortly after being seated. When we got our appetizers I noticed the back of my fork had a big chunk of food stuck on it (should have been checked by staff before setting the table). We were not pleased with the quality of the food as it was not as it usually is at Nick & Sam's. There were a few items that were good, but for the most part, the food was sub par. My daughters enjoyed their steak, but my wife had a Wagyu and was very displeased with it. We had initially asked to box our food as we had leftovers but they came and took it away. It was thrown out. We then waited 15 minutes for someone to come ask if we wanted dessert. I'm hoping this is not the new Nick & Sam's and that this was an isolated instance. We will likely not go back for a very long time.

                                                                                                                                My daughters and I took my wife for Mother’s Day and it was even better than we hoped. I’ve been several times for work and was excited to take the family. While expensive, the quality of food, experience and survey make it completely worth the pricing for a special event. Their service is best in Dallas and love how a larger team came to carve / to serve when we ate family style. Awesome time and exceeded my wife’s hopes.

                                                                                                                                Service was good but for Mother’s Day they only serve a brunch. The restaurant was very crowded and not as clean due to the number of people doing at the buffet. I really wish that open table and the restaurant would have listed that brunch was the only option because I was prepared to enjoy their normal menu. I don’t think the buffet was a good value.

The service was fantastic. The table set up in the dining room was a little over crowded. There was not a whole lot of room as getting up to get our food it was a little overcrowded and a lot of movement there was unfortunately a lot of noise that overpowered the table conversation. We very much enjoyed the food although a little pricey for a buffet we truly enjoyed this restaurant.

This was the second time to experience this very disappointing attempt for a decent brunch. All avoidable however they insist on maximizing profits while significantly underperforming for their patrons.

They had face painting, balloon animals and coloring for the kids. The food was awesome as usual. It was a bit crowded and the tables were very close but this allowed more families to enjoy the brunch. We will definitely be back.

The place vibrant happening atmosphere great for a celebration or just have a good time. Food and staff were fantastic and attentive with our needs. Sommelier was knowledgeable and friendly great Italian wine choice.

The only downfall was how loud the place was. You could barely hold a conversation without yelling. It wouldn't prevent us from coming back though because food was amazing and service was outstanding.

                                                                                                                                Saying it was loud would be an under description, my ears were ringing after I left. I had made a reservation days ahead for an early weeknight and still had to wait sixty eight minutes for a table. The main dining room reminds of an old school lunchroom. If I were to return I would definitely recommend noise canceling earplugs! Nicks didn’t supplant any of my favorite steak restaurants

Great atmosphere, food was so good, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu, great experience! Highly recommend! The Park Cities sushi roll was my favorite thing I ordered!

                                                                                                                                Oysters were dry, bland and small. I ordered a medium rare ribeye. It came medium to medium well. I asked the server if it looked medium rare to him. He didn’t answer. While I said I could leave with it later on, he should have offered a new one immediately.

                                                                                                                                I have eaten here 5-7 times a year. Was once one of the better steak houses in Dallas TX. Tonight I took my wife out for an early Mother’s Day Dinner. Steaks were absolutely terrible. I can tell they are buying cheaper meat. But prices are same are little higher. Always been expensive but Food was always great. I have noticed these restaurants are buying cheaper steaks and meat but charging more. Tonight even Bread was terrible (OLD)!

He made my birthday experience so memorable and was funny and informative about everything on the menu and staff. The snickers cake was so good I would go back just for that alone.
