The room can be split in two each side holding up to 16. Each room is equipped with a flat screen tv allowing you to hook up a computer for presentations. We do not have room rental fees but we do have minimum spending requirements. For the room that seats 40 it is $1000 in food and beverage (subject to change during the holidays) and for the smaller rooms it is $500. We do not require a deposit but we do require a signed contract to secure the room. For parties of 20 or more, we request a selected menu.

Newport is one of my favorite restaurants in Wichita, and it was very disappointing to have a bad experience as a result of our server. It was increasingly disappointing to bring the issue to the attention of the manager and still not receive an acceptable resolution. One of the guests in our party has vowed to never return because of the experience. Not at all the experience I would expect out of Newport.

excellent excellent breakfast brunch buffet everything very fresh very hot and very enjoyable. Service was excellent as well.

The ambiance and food is very good but the service provided by Dan was exceptional. He was attentive but not intrusive is caring for our table. He also provided information and suggestions for dining which were greatly appreciated since we did not know the restaurant. His service made our dining experience perfect at Newport Grill.

Had a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day brunch. Reservation was honored right on time and entire restaurant was very well managed. Food was delicious as always. It’s pricey, but they never miss.

Fabulous meal, service and experience. Had the shrimp cocktail, mussels, crab cakes and house made ricotta along with a sampling of Newport’s martinis.

The staff did not handle the food allergies at our table well at all. It was in the notes on the reservation and we told the waitress as soon as we sat down. The waitress brought food out that we had to double check despite telling her when we sat down. Then the main course came out and once again there was an egg dish on it and when we told the manager we needed a new one, she asked if removing the food was fine since it wasn’t cooked with the steak. We had to tell her no he’s severely allergic and needs a new plate with new food. Overall the food was good but for the price and being an upscale restaurant, the way the staff handled the food allergies was poor.
