When you charge the premium prices that Mystic Steakhouse is charging, there’s no room for error. My dates steak, which was a good piece of meat was overseasoned and very salty. I ordered chicken and the same could be said for the seasoning on the chicken the game hen it was called Again, the prices are out of whack with what’s being served. That’s my review.

World class food and service. Stephanie and Jen were amazing! They made sure our party's every need was met, including bringing us soup from a neighboring restaurant! If that is not going above and beyond, I don't know what is! My fillet was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. Everything was delicious and perfect!

Had a great meal at the Mystic Steakhouse. Our server, Joshua, was fantastic, friendly and on top of everything all night with some great suggestions. Meals were prepared perfectly and plated very nicely. Overall, a great vibe and experience for our anniversary meal prior to catching a great show.

We received Excellent Service from every single employee we had contact with! Top notch! Our Waitress Jennifer could not have been any better! Our Food was prepared exactly as we asked. My Filet Mignon melted in my mouth. The sweet potato was enormous! I wasn’t able to eat even 1/2 of it. The Asparagus was also delicious. Thank you to everyone who was working in the Steakhouse on April 25th from 6:00-7:00, we appreciated each of you!

2 of the 3 filet mignons were cooked incorrectly. One was ordered medium and showed up more than well done. One was ordered medium rare and came medium well. The side dishes that are meant to be shared are very small. Bison short rib was very dry. They did offer to remake the well done steak but we didn’t have time to wait for that because of a concert at the casino. Instead they gave us a free dessert that was very average. Considering the prices, I would not return.

Oh my gosh the food was INCREDIBLE. Each bite more delicious than the last. Literally the best creme brûlée I’ve had in my whole life. We also loved the crab cakes, steak, hash browns and the water lily cocktail! But the food paled in comparison to the service. We had the most attentive servers who made sure that our evening was perfect. We were so impressed.

I had the ribeye. It was cooked perfectly. It had no flavor. My wife had the prime rib. She said it was the worst she’s ever had. We’ve eaten there before the food was better. Our host gave us the credit for the dinner if I had paid for it myself, I would’ve asked for a refund.

The steaks were awesome!!! I would not recommend steak tartare as it’s chunky and you have to mix yourself at table. The bread before was better than what they have now and they also send out chips with it.

My birthday dinner was ruined by our server who went from friendly to unattentive and hostile. Don't know what happened in the kitchen but saw the manager talking to him. We had reservations at 6:15 but were not seated until 6:30 and barely got out by 8 to get to the concert. When I finally got my steak it was rare even though I'd explained I wanted it light pink. My the time we got it back again, the $12 Oscar topping was gone. We were so polite and still tipped him but it was a sad and expensive disappointment. I emailed Mystic Lake a week and ago and no response.

Great meal! Both my girlfriend and I ordered filets, medium. Mine was perfect. Hers was on the medium-rare side, but not enough to send it back. We split a Caesar salad and a sweet potato (it was huge) and it was enough for two (if you're eating light). Grab a second side if you're hungry. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience. Our serving team was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, there when needed but never interrupting conversation. Steak was fantastic, at gratin potatoes were outstanding, pan fried walleye was fantastic. Overall a great first experience we will definitely be back.

The food was amazing! My server Logan was attentive but interrupted me while I was praying to force me to cut my steak in front of him to ensure it was done to my liking, this was a little aggressive and rude to me. I had a nice chat with Jennifer the manager during my dinner which was nice because I was dining alone.,

The food and service were great. Not much of a beer selection, but the maple old-fashioned was perfect. My only complain is the restroom situation. You wpild expect a fine-dining establishment would have both a Men's and Women's restroom. Not Mystic Steakhouse! They have Men/Women restrooms. Seriously? Like a service station? O had to walk through the casino to use the ladies room.

The food was good, as usual, but the service was not as good as prior visits. We ordered prime rib and were not asked if we wanted horseradish sauce with it and by the time someone came back to our table we were nearly done. We also asked for more bread when our food was brought to the table, the server said he would bring out some more, but never did. This was our third visit and it was not as impressive as prior visits. Will probably go again, but hopefully we can get the person that waited on our table the first two times.

We were lucky enough to get a good table in a spot away from other diners parties. We were greeted by staff and seated promptly. The menu has an excellent selection to choose from. We had the truffle deviled eggs, spicy shrimp, fried calamari, fried shrimp, queen prime rib and fries. All the food was beautifully presented and delicious! Meal was served with a variety of bread rolls and butter. Our server, Stephanie was a breath of fresh air! So friendly, warm and welcoming! Very attentive to our needs! We will definitely be dining there again soon and often! Making a reservation is a must to make sure you get a table. They do have larger groups of people that dine so the limited space does fill up quickly! We were a party of 2 and they seated us in a perfect spot!

Our server, Stephanie was exceptional and gave us good suggestions on foods. Ordered the fillet, with a side of assorted mushrooms and Yuk gold mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly and deliciously unique.

Service from hostess to the server and finally the assisting staff (table bussing,etc) was friendly, curteous, and efficient.

Great restaurant. My husband said it was the best steak he's ever had. I loved the onion soup.

I eat at the Mystic Steakhouse every time I visit the area. The food is delicious and unbelievably reasonable in price compared to other fine steakhouse restaurants. I especially appreciate that they have walleye on the menu for those nights I'm not in the mood for a steak. And the bartender? Makes an excellent martini.

Food and service were outstanding! It was a bit pricey, but we haven’t been to a steak house in a while. This might be fair for the amazing food.

The steak melted in your mouth. Good wine selection and you can take your wine bottle out on the casino floor if you don’t finish it.

It was very busy but we were never left waiting for service. Josh did an excellent job in all respects and his bus person was really on top of things. (Sorry I didn't get his name.) The food was great, as usual.

We were seated next to a large group of women that were loud some of whom were throwing dirty looks at my wife a couple of times.
