Ce restaurant est le dernier né du légendaire restaurateur Mr Chow, situé au sein du Caesars Palace de Las Vegas. Les chefs exécutifs comptent parmi les plus respectés dans l’univers de la cuisine chinoise. Mr Chow est un mélange de recettes authentiques et originales de Beijing. Les plats de prédilection servis ici comme le poulet satay, les noodles spéciales Mr Chow, ou le ma mignon ont tous été crées par des chefs talentueux, passionnés, et expérimentés. A savoir que le canard de Beijing préparé ici figure parmi les meilleurs au monde. This is not the Mr. Chow quality of NYC restaurant at all! While the space is lovely and service is almost over attentive, the food is average at best and the prices are very high. Rubbery tasteless chicken entree for $60! Don’t waste your money.

Really great high end Chinese meal. Fantastic wait staff. Neat that you have to take a private elevator.

The food was nothing special I’ve had better at a local Chinese restaurant The service was I attentively and wait staff seemed very hassled. Overall I’d say you can do much better

No wifi Communication is poor Looks like they are in hurry to drive us out ASAP Food : cooking is dimensionless! Serves only Pepsi and arrogant reply when asked for Coke zero or diet coke Overall : not looking forward to going there again Reception at the gate was like welcome to immigration office! lol!

Worst “Fine” dining experience ever for my wife and me. Food was okay or even on the good side if it wasn’t for the poor service. Tried enjoying a cocktail and appetizer to start but entrees started to come out before finishing. Guessing 15 minutes elapsed from placing order. Was 3/4 done with apps and drink. Asked them to not serve the entrees until we were done. Table Captain came over and stated it’s typical to bring out entrees after 15 minutes without considering how far you are along with starters. Had the nerve to ask “are you typically a slow eater”. I’m a guy over 200 pounds and have never had a problem eating timely. Captain kept going on and I had to say, we should just stop talking about this. Never received his attention the rest of our dinner. Would have normally ordered a glass of wine but just felt rushed. When entrees were served, nothing was kept warm which is why rating of the food is lower than what it would have been if warm. Have eaten at Mr Chow in NYC multiple times and have never been served entrees until apps were close to being finished. Way too many other choices in Vegas than to deal with this.

The service was good the staff definitely had personality in a good way . The restaurant was a bit hard to find inside the casino . I had to ask 3 casino employees to find the place . I wasn't a big fan of the chairs . Definitely not big boy friendly . The food was meh not special for chinese cuisine. For the price they place charges I expected something better in terms of portions and taste . Not something I would plan on coming again . There's definitely better spots in Chinatown . Too bad Joyful House isn't open anymore .

I’ve had better Chinese food in a container. The Mr Chow noodles was spaghetti with a meat sauce. The fiery beef was sweet. And everything else was blah. The best part was their homemade hot sauce. Felt totally ripped for the cost and quality. The staff was pleasant.
