Ce restaurant est le dernier né du légendaire restaurateur Mr Chow, situé au sein du Caesars Palace de Las Vegas. Les chefs exécutifs comptent parmi les plus respectés dans l’univers de la cuisine chinoise. Mr Chow est un mélange de recettes authentiques et originales de Beijing. We booked Mr. Chow because we heard the food was good. But what we really wanted to see was the art installation on the ceiling. Mr. Chow is known for the art installation. THE ART INSTALLATION WAS BROKEN! When we made the reservations, we were not told that the art installation was broken. It’s been broken for some time Very disappointed as the restaurant is white and quite stark Check with them before you go !

Meal was mostly cheap fillers (rice, bok choy) and light on proteins. Charged more than I paid at several nicer strip restaurants. Wait staff ignored us for long stretches of time, causing our weeknight dinner to take over 2 hours. My water glass was empty for at least 30% of the time I was at the table. For $200 per person, I expect more quality proteins and much better service.

I am a huge lover of all Asian food and this was the best restaurant I have ever been too! Every bite was just as amazing as the previous one. We had the gamblers duck that came with these thin pancakes and a hoisin sauce to top it all off. We also had the Mr. Chow noodles that he is know for and they were unlike anything I had ever had and I can understand why he is so famous for them! The lobster shumai had huge pieces of lobster in it, no filler ingredients. The crispy beef was what we had for our last item and that was also so amazing! They had a homemade chili sauce that was to die for! We put it on everything we ate and it complimented it all. Not only was the food fabulous but the drinks were just a delicious and so refreshing. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we visit Vegas!

Asian fusion at its finest. Beautiful atmosphere, incredible service and food is amazing. The chicken satay was a favorite for us along with the potstickers. Fiery beef was wonderful too. We chose the four first and second courses which was more than enough food for the 5 in our party that included one very picky eater and a vegetarian. Truly something for everyone here.

It's a nice setting with modern touches. Illumination within the table which makes your orchid vase stand out. Above head moving art installation that is supposed to move but it didn't during our dinner. The staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. The food was not very impressive. We travel to Beijing and Shanghai often and there wasn't anything that reminded us of the incredible Chinese dishes we liked. The only saving grace was the delicious hot sauce that woke up the food. Drinks Jalisco-very good! Pineapple 1880-zero Pineapple taste Food Vegetable chow noodles-good Scallion pancake-good Squid ink noodles-no ink flavor at all! Ma Mignon-nothing special. Mixed vegetables-very good! This was my first and last time at this restaurant. I had higher expectations than what we ate. Squid ink dishes are something that I always order when it's on the menu. But sadly this didn't have that sea/Squid flavor. After one bite, I was done. The steak was typical peppered steak. They had it sliced with a bland sauce drizzled over it. I ate 2 slices and the rest remained. My husband ate his noodles and scallion pancakes but he did say that if it wasn't for the hot sauce, he wouldn't have been able to eat it. We both loved the mixed vegetables. It was the ONLY item that looked and tasted Chinese. We didn't enjoy this meal. But there were 2 ladies next to us that loved everything that they got. So it's up to the level of what impresses a pallet and what doesn't. It's clearly an individual preference.

This is not the Mr. Chow quality of NYC restaurant at all! While the space is lovely and service is almost over attentive, the food is average at best and the prices are very high. Rubbery tasteless chicken entree for $60! Don’t waste your money.
