Always enjoy Mister B's and love taking folks from out of town there. Steven was an excellent and energetic waiter.

The food and service were excellent. Glenn was our waiter and he was great with recommendations. I highly recommend the bbq shrimp -- the shrimp was large and the sauce was delish! We would go back!

Waiter Steven did a great job. Bartender John very rude for no apparent reason. Bartender Corey is very pleasant. BBQ shrimp over cooked and sauce was not on point as in the past. Soft shell crab was excellent.

Whenever we are in New Orleans we always have dinner at Mr B's. The food is always excellent and we love the decor which weels warm and intimate. The food never disappoints.

The food was incredible, as it always is. The gumbo ya-ya is some of the best gumbo in the city! Our server was excellent, personality plus. I would definitely recommend Mr. B’s, we go almost every time we are in New Orleans.

Very pleased with our lunch at Mr. B’s. This staff was friendly and professional. Our service was great. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is just lovely. $1.50 Bloody Mary’s were an added bonus!

The waiters were really personable and hardworking. We tried 3 evenings in a row to get a reservation and finally on the four night we got in. Their famous Bacon wrapped Shrimp and grits was served cold and when the waiter returned with a second dish it was not really warm as well. The shrimp was average. The roux was lacking the rich flavor of shrimp and was disappointing and grits were pedestrian. The crab cake however was stellar with large pieces of lump crab and the duck roll did not disappoint.

Haven’t eaten there in years as we live on the west coast. Husband went for Gumbo Ya Ya - his favorite. The pork chop was amazing as were the scallops. The glass pour list was a good selection of varied choices. Hope to get back again.

As always the oysters and BBQ shrimp were excellent. Extra service from the Maitre D who personally walked my wife and got her a taxi when she left early from dinner, not feeling well. First class place

Great meal and excellent service. We had the BBQ shrimp and pork chop. Both were delicious. Drinks were good but not special. Food was outstanding. We also enjoyed the bread pudding and icebox lemon pie. Both were again delicious. We didn’t have e a reservation and got one last minute on notify. So happy it worked out. One of our most enjoyable meals on our visit.

We waited 15 minutes to receive menus. I finally had to go ask the matre’d for some menus. For some reason, our waitress did not want to serve us. We were dressed appropriately for the restaurant. I don’t think she likes tourists.

We come to NOLA often and always have at least one meal here. Beautiful place, gorgeous food. Our server this time was Clarence, and we adored him. Try the brandy milk punch - they use ice cream!

This is one of my favorite restaurants and I am always so happy with the BBQ shrimp, this time was no different. Our server was very attentive. The bread pudding was an excellent end to the meal. Highly recommend

somewhat mixed review- we were dining on the early side as that was when we could get a reservation We both started with soup - neither of ours were hot at all - Luke warm at best - surprising as this was so early in the evening. My gumbo was barely good - flavor we really nice - what was off were the shrimp in the gumbo - they we pasty, very mushy - like the gumbo had been cooked a long while ago, frozen and then reheated. Good move - when I mentioned this to our waiter - he immediately removed it from our bill Both entrees were very good Service was excellent - even though we were early - we were not rushed through our meal. So overall rating is a food - based on service and entrees. It would have been a 2 based on our soups. Still - an enjoyable dining experience.

I dined at B's many times and overall it is great. They were very busy as usual but not as many bus boys. Food arrived was warm but not hot, I think because all the waiters so were busy. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeble. Past experiences were great. Will return.
