We were seated immediately and ordered the fried cheese nuggets with our beer. The cheese was EXCELLENT; however, the dinner went straight downhill from there. We waited about 40 minutes for our entree and eventually our server said it was coming soon. Another 15 minutes and our server said our ticket was lost but our food was coming soon. It did not! We waited about 80 minutes for our cheeseburgers. The burgers were big, not exceptionally flavorful, but the fries were hot and crispy. Our burgers were done perfectly but except for a shallow “ Sorry” from our server possibly six times we were not compensated for this disaster. No manager in site or at the hostess stand. I should have walked out but I really couldn’t believe a restaurant could be that inept and a server could be oblivious to our situation. No, they weren’t busy as this was after 1:30 PM.

Just a fail in terms of service. Unfortunately, this gives a bad impression for returning. Spent way too long at lunch, and we had to ask the hostess for a server after 10-15 minutes of sitting at our table. Ordered starters, sandwiches, and desserts right away. When delivering our appetizers, the waiter said he would put in the order for our sandwiches. Great! However, he picked up our finished appetizers, and then said ... he would put in the sandwich order at that time. My wife's bacon cheeseburger arrived without bacon. The water refills were from a rancid pitcher sitting in the sun. We got our dessert to go, and that cheesecake was the best part. Literally took 90 minutes to get a soup and sandwich. It was a beautiful weather day with good company. Next time, I'll sit at the bar, but this was a frustrating experience today.

Our waiter was absolutely terrible, never came by literally ever. Had the food runner bring us our food, had to kind someone that worked there for silverware. Just terrible. & honestly the food was mediocre at best. Do not get any type of steak because they do not know how to cook it. Burnt ends were fire Tho!

I went for the Mother’s Day Buffet with my family. We had a 1:00 reservation and was seated roughly 20-30min later. While we waited for our table, there were parties coming in after us, being seated before us. We were told it was because their reservation was for 12:45. Idk in what world do parties who show up well past their reservation time are still able to be seated before people who show up on time for theirs, but it was upsetting. Also while waiting, we noticed one of the staff members was changing the linen on the tables after parties were leaving, however, when getting a table ready for the next group, the staff member only shook the cloth and placed it back on the table. Of course, this happened to be my group’s table. It was addressed and the cloth was changed immediately. Overall, the food was not that great and the buffet didn’t meet expectations in terms of options and flavor, also a lot of it was cold. When you say you have a carving station, I expect more than a stuffed salmon wellington and ham. There was a pot of scorched gravy. Overall, an underwhelming buffet, but we made the best of it. The mimosa’s were great (although not free).

I had such high hopes for a very special Mother's Day brunch buffet. Sure it was expensive, $50+ a person, but with a seafood station, I would expect that. What was delivered was a very blah Old Country Buffet experience. Pros - Friendly-ish staff - Very tender and flavorful ham - Banana bread and Kringle were very delicious - They had ice at the water station - Bean casserole was good - Thick cut bacon - Probably the coolest cutlery I've used - Location was very nice Cons - Very poor overall value - Seafood station was horrible, had to wait 45 minutes for jumbo shrimp over ice to be brought out. - Not enough workers, food stations not being attended to properly - Overall bland food - Very greasy bacon - Seafood table was poorly managed - Stuffed dried out salmon at carving station - Flat soda - Poorly managed - Average at best selection These were just a few of the cons. When I think of anything to do with Harley Davidson, I think of iconic, quality, tradition and the best around. This Mother's Day buffet was anything but that. I feel horrible that I let my wife down by choosing this place. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am speaking only to the buffet experience and not about the other restaurants there. Highly, HIGHLY disappointed.

Mother's Day Brunch was very disappointing. We prepaid for an 11:00 am sitting and waited in line for 30 minutes on a table - for a brunch. They didn't even comp the mimosas for the inconvenience. Food was ok and the could have been any generic hotel banquet room.

Had to wait 45 min after reservation, food was cold and had to ask them to refill empty pans rather than the wait staff just replacing.
