The Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant offers an upscale, intimate dining experience in the heart of historical Manitou Springs where guests enjoy a 4-course fondue dinner, along with wine, beer and cocktails in a uniquely decorated and arranged space. Our signature 4-course dinner includes:
1st - Choice of seasonal, garden or Caesar salad
2nd - Cheese fondue served with artisanal bread and fresh fruits and vegetables
3rd - Choice of entree platters including seafood, wild game, vegetarian or traditional prepared on a table-top Raclette grill
4th - Choice of chocolate dessert fondue with options of flavored liqueur, flaming turtle, cookies and cream, salted caramel and more

We had a fabulous time, and we're introduced to the owner and sommelier as well. Our waitress, Jasmine, was truly amazing!

The experience to make our own food and get to cook together was nice and our server was amazing at his job! The restaurant is a little old and the food was a bit overpriced for us to be cooking everything. All in an okay experience.

Treated my husband for his 40th birthday and so glad I made reservations here. We were seated upstairs on the balcony and had a lovely view of the mountains and Manitou. Food was delicious and the service was great!

We had a lovely time at the Mona Lisa. Our servers were helpful and attentive, our food was delicious, and our meal relaxed and peaceful. It's a fun experience where you don't have to sacrifice food quality or diversity so it's definitely worth a visit.

Great first visit! We were in town for our anniversary and were looking for something spur of the moment. We got right in and had an amazing experience! The place, the food, the service were all excellent. We would be back if we didn’t live 1500 miles away!

We had dinner prime time on a Saturday night. It was not very crowded and we had a small room upstairs that was very quaint and comfortable. We are not big on cooking our own food at the table, but this was very enjoyable and there was no pressure to hurry up and finish. We enjoyed a bottle of Cabernetsuggested by the restaurant and it was excellent. Thank you to the staff and the restaurant. We will return.

My wife and I celebrated our 39th anniversary here and could not have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate this occasion. I have a travel agency component of my employee assistance program and I look for places to stay and dine for my clients. I would rate this at the top of my list for both food taste and service.

We had our anniversary dinner here and it as absolutely wonderful. From the gentleman that greeted us and sat us and the waitress that served us, the evening was perfect. This is a must for any romantic occasion.

The service at this restaurant stands out more than anything else. The food is great if a little pricey, and the cocktails were amazing (the chocolate martini is the best I’ve ever had). All the ingredients were high quality and we enjoyed every course. Our waiter really made the experience though with his excellent service and fun attitude. Definitely would recommend this place for any special occasion. Leave room for desert as the chocolate fondue really is delicious and it’s so easy to fill up on all the other tasty food.
