We went here for a Mothers Day dinner for the first time.. The food was good and the atmosphere is fantastic. They provided us with a private room, great service, and an outstanding view of the riverfront. All had a great time, and we will definitely be back.

The ambiance was great which is why we chose the restaurant. The food we ordered wasn’t the greatest, but will say the crab dip appetizer was delicious. I would maybe go back for drinks & appetizers, but that’s it. Our waitress was nice, but she was overwhelmed & we had to keep reminding her of things we asked for and didn’t get.

This was a last minute thing and we were happy to get in and get a table outside on a really sunny day. Food was good, service was just really shaky. Wasn't overly busy, but it took a really long time to get our drinks. Then the orders were just consistently wrong. One guest specifically asked for no tomatoes on a wrap, there were tomatoes. Another asked for no feta on greek salad, there was feta. Third guest was asked if wanted sauce on the side, said no, our server actually asked the question again, said no, put the sauce on there, and sauce came on the side. It was just odd to have that many strange mistakes in one 4 person order.

Service and view was great. Food was terrible. Worst goetta we’ve ever had. Home fries were dry and burnt. Eggs were ok. We won’t be back for brunch.

We did not particularly like our table location due to proximity of a family event and the manager noticed and quickly pivoted us to another table. We wouldn't have complained if he couldn't but he made the move a priority and just made the visit that much better.

The filet has indeed shrank for the price. Second time there that it has indeed. Shrank. Lol. :(

7 of us came here prior to a Reds game. Great location. We were seated outside in the covered dining area-the sun was very intense-we had to pull another table over and moved several of us out of the sun. Ryan our server was very nice and attentive. Limited menu apparently for game time. Several enjoyed the wings, I had the nachos-very shareable. Two had the Philly cheesesteak and said they were good. Very loud atmosphere due to a large table beside us but they were very nice.

Very nice location and environment, large windows and a great view. It is super loud so if you want to talk you’ll need to yell a bit, haha. Food was very good, overall a good experience!

I’m gluten free and it was great for me! Food very tasty with great options. Go hungry! Right near the Reds stadium so lots of fans but quieter then some of the other restaurants near the stadium. Get the Moer Burger and Angry Mac & Cheese. Truly delicious!

We attended the inaugural Moerlein Sunday Jazz Series. It was a wonderful experience. We received SUPERB service from our server, Ellie. We will return to this event as we are able. Nicely done!

Our server Simeon G was EXCELLENT!! We were there at a very busy time but he was able to provide very good service. Very knowledgeable about the food and beer menu. Excellent personality!! The only negative about our experience was the absolutely terrible wine menu! Just having inexpensive "House" wine is inexcusable. Menu and beautiful facility demand a simple bottle list at the minimum. Wine drinkers will buy a bottle of better wines at a fair price. Big miss here.

Emily was our server. Wonderful and prompt. Food presentation was a bit off, however, the entrees were flavorful and delicious. We had the salmon oscar and the short ribs. The hot crab dip appetizer was fabulous Listening to Olde Green Eyes jazz was really nice.

We visited specifically for a Sunday morning character brunch with spiderman and ghost spider. The characters were excellent. We had a reservation for 10:15 and overall it just seemed like the restaurant was not prepared to handle the volume of guests despite requiring people make reservations for this event. There was a line down the street a few minutes after 10:00 and we weren't seated till about 10:30, then we didn't see a server until about 10:50 (not even for waters). It was another hour before we had food despite ordering our meals as soon as we spoke with a waiter. The food finally came and my eggs were stone cold. They were not even room temperature let alone warm. No one visited our table to ask how the food was. I don't blame the waiter who was obviously run off of his feet. I do think the management should have handled the clearly massive number of reservations better. It's unclear to me whether the problem was not enough wait staff or not enough kitchen staff (kitchen too small?) but clearly there were too many full tables to serve people in a timely fashion. I won't be returning. I'm guessing it's a great place to drink from the size of the bar.

On Saturday April 17th we arrived early for our reservation and were easily accommodated. Our server was outstanding. He was polite, professional, and attentive. While I wish fried chicken was an option for a sandwich or salad, the food was very good.

The food was okay! I went for my 21st birthday but they didn’t do anything for my birthday which is fine but we just felt rushed the whole time. it was so loud where we were seated that we couldn’t hear each other across the table we had to yell. Not the best experience but not horrible.

Service was ok. It was already busy so the noise matched that. But then they turned on music that was SO LOUD that I couldn’t hear the person next to me at my table. Other tables were also looking around at each other trying to figure out why it was so damn loud.
